aseriouslyblondemoment · 13/02/2009 23:52

it sure is
but it means lots to your boys when a grown man actually takes notice of them or heaven forbid plays with them
i think that boys feel that need even more than girls

All this about me....lol.
My POF user name is on the other topic. There is no photo and the profile is right out of date (to the point that I can't remember what I wrote). I used the profile to link with an odd person.

As for using another charger for my phone. That's a really good idea. Just I was in a place without my computer, my cloths were in a far away location and I had to get soap, toothbrush - etc from the hotel. .. and get a pair of pj's from the shop for that night. I was using my phone's to surf the internet and sort my email out. After a phone's hard day at work the battery is just tired and needs a recharge....if there is a charger about. There was none.

As for meeting a mother off here..... thinking on that. It sounds like a good idea I don't want to arrange something I can't keep. I try to keep arrangements if I can, or don't arrange till I know I can keep it. If I get an opportunity, I will try pass somewhere on Saturday to have a quick chance meet up, but the chance is slight and it's not going to be the quality of meet up that I think I should do. First impressions count.

The next few days for me is busy, busy, busy. I have several letters to write and a few quiet important statements to write. If I don't get it done soon, I have double the work after a week. Which I don't want.

In the early days of next week, I am using trains, which is not something I do often, but has to be done. I have 6 hour train trips per day (3 hours one way) and those 6 hours are "lost time" to me, so I have to rely on texting for a few days.

The Elmo and Holly who gave an account of what I look like did cause me to smile. I seem to get told that I am imagined as tall and dark - not sure why I am thought to be dark, but I have black hair dye, I just need someone to apply it. I am to worried that I miss a bit and look half silly from behind - or worse, I get green hair instead of the intended color. One of these days, I might find someone with the skills to help me. I would need to find the time as well. I am - ummmm, not sure if I would look good in black, so I need to know that the process can go back to what it should.

You can keep speculating about me and my look, all typed in good fun and humor. It's interesting to see what people think.

Me in a beard. I used to have a beard a few months back. I had to have photo's taken and the beard went. It was good while the beard lasted though.

Morning everyone, I have been lurking all morning but there has been nothing new on this thread since N1 posted this morning. Were you just up early or going to bed late? that is way past my bed time.

As expected, the post man has been and gone and not a sausage, or a card for that matter. How did everyone else fair?

lou33 · 14/02/2009 11:35

asbm, i have more male friends than female (and by that i do mean friends ), so the boys are used to being paid attention by them

i wouldnt have anyone in my house ignnoring my childen

aseriouslyblondemoment · 14/02/2009 13:32

Hi Everyone
Just read up on this thread now. My DCs are with their Dad now until tomorrow. N1 does tend to post quite late at night! N1 - do you sleep all day and come alive at night?

Lou - is your sofa all fixed and ready for action?

Well the only thing that arrived in the post were my contact lens! But my DD made me a valentine's card and brought me tea in bed! But anyway going to the cinema tonight then going out for a few drinks after that.
ASBM - do you ever go out in Brimigham? have you heard of a night club called oceania's? if so whats it like? Its my sisters birthday so were going out there next Saturday night!

aseriouslyblondemoment · 14/02/2009 13:35

HOLLY23 · 14/02/2009 13:46

Lol - asbam, I was thinking the same thing! He'll probably be wearing a shiny black or red shirt with some buttons undone! I can't remember the last time I went to a night club so not sure what to wear! One things for sure I'm definately wearing my big coat, I can't handle cold weather!

HOLLY23 · 14/02/2009 13:48

lou33 · 14/02/2009 13:48

N1 · 14/02/2009 13:55

aseriouslyblondemoment · 14/02/2009 13:57

and i bet Enrique's ego is well over-inflated after all the recent viewings he's had
