elmoandella · 11/02/2009 21:03

well he says he's hoping to be on land for sunday. i'm free on sunday but only till 1pm for definate. depends on how exdp gets on with elmo(refused to go last week) if he keeps them any longer.

so i've said i'm avaiable in morning.

he knows i have time issues. and has no problem with working around my timetable when he's on land. so i'll see though if thats too early on sunday for him. since no doubt he has to travel 2 hr here. or i meet him half way. but he'll have to get showered and cleaned up first.

i said i might push the boat out for a scone if he was lucky

CuddlyKelpie · 11/02/2009 21:08

I've been so busy I haven't had time to read part 1.
Did anyone work out where they have all gone?
And if they have been located, are there enough to go round?

lou33 · 11/02/2009 21:10

oh i found it

elmoandella · 11/02/2009 21:13

cuddly - we've looked on a few sites. found some. and some downright weirdo's, been involved with a few exes , and met some in strange places too.

still not found anyone to keep yet. still on the hunt and updating here.

elmoandella · 11/02/2009 21:14

cuddly - well actually, not interesting in keeping as final line...most of us just looking to go on some dates. dip our toes in the pools and feel like women again. not mothers 24/7

aseriouslyblondemoment · 11/02/2009 21:18

well that's progress isn't it?
how very exciting.
what does he look like?
need the full spec as not on POF
CK we're still looking, and i have first claim
on the best lol!

OP posts:
aseriouslyblondemoment · 11/02/2009 21:20

oh just saw that!
and er we'll all no doubt still be on this thread this time next year too

OP posts:
lou33 · 11/02/2009 21:24

am pulling rank on first claim as i am older than you, so my need is greater

elmoandella · 11/02/2009 21:25

this is the problem. all photo's he has his diving suit on. or is far away. he's tall and average (not athletic iykim) but quite broad. typical burly bouncer type frame. which helps for catches massive ray fish things with bare hands(seen a photo)

so i kinda know what he looks like. but not seen a good close up. looks good from the distant picture.

but who knows. he might end up back out again next week before we get a chance to meet.

i'm not particularly fussed either way. dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing

lou33 · 11/02/2009 21:29

ask him for a close up shot so you dont rear back in horror when you finally see him

aseriouslyblondemoment · 11/02/2009 21:30

who says Lou lol!
is he dark or fair etc?
obviously not a dad?
i think the fact that you're not fussed is a good thing as it shows that you're in right place emotionally

OP posts:
elmoandella · 11/02/2009 21:32

he's trying to sort one out. but they haven't been aboard the few weeks i've been chatting to him. and cant figure out how to get one from camera to computer as my phone cant take pics. plus not sure i'd like to see one when he's working. have a feeling there's very litle washing or shaving goes on. i make him sound so attractive

elmoandella · 11/02/2009 21:33

dark hair. very short i think perhaps shaven sometimes.

he has a 17 yo son

CuddlyKelpie · 11/02/2009 21:34

Good luck with the date elmo - is it a first date?

I went on a dating site before christmas and exchanged a few emails and even went on an actual real, live date but it's a time thing for me. He text and asked me a couple of times to arrange a second effort but I just couldn't fit it in. He hasn't replied to my recent apology for being rude and I don't blame him.

Does anyone else find it hard to find the time between work and parental obligations?

What sites would you recommend for minimal wierdos and perves?

lou33 · 11/02/2009 21:35

asbm, i say!!!!

its a mn law (my membership number dates back to the ark dont you know?)

aseriouslyblondemoment · 11/02/2009 21:35

for some reason i didnt think that he was a dad
is he divorced?

OP posts:
elmoandella · 11/02/2009 21:38

i've just deleted my POF profile as had some crazy frogs on there.

it will be first date with him. and first date since single.

i was supposed to meet someone else (the banker) . 3 times we made arrangements to meet and they went out the window for one reason or other.

we have now given up trying to arrange anything. still msn-ing him. but neither of us is mentionning meeting as its too darn hard to fit things round both our busy schedules.

elmoandella · 11/02/2009 21:38

yes to divorced.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 11/02/2009 21:42

Lou tell you what we'll draw a line thru the middle of England and have half each
a deal?
CK which site did you use?
i have only used FRD
met 3 men
horrid exbf,

date from the w/e who i would see again but is apparently either dead or has lost use of his fingers

OP posts:
elmoandella · 11/02/2009 21:43
