well funny you should ask, I sent him an email of Monday, basically 4 or 5 lines putting him in his place, but kept it polite because wanted to come across as professional and reserved as well (IYKWIM), anyway he sent me one back saying "Thanks for your emails", guess he has to be careful with work monitoring his email.
