its just a thought which has been pondered upon by a few of us on here
as Lou 33 said if she knew the answer then she wouldn't be on MN

elmoandella - sorry for your predicament didn't post because I didn't know what to advise but ASBM has good advice. Can he still run his businesses from Italy? but if they are Uk based doesn't he have to declare in UK so being a basis to calcuate everything and remaining in the UK jurisdiction) but I could be talking rubbish.

Had a chat with samename 1 earlier on MSN, he said the dating was not going well. Wwants to meet me. Told him to look at his diary and get back to me.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 02/02/2009 15:42

sorry to hear about your shit day elmoandella.

and I hope that Friday turns out well for you.

After having a sh*t weekend myself, today I am on the up.

was able to tell exp to go sort himself and stop being self pitying, it was him who left me!

told him to get of his arse and go and find somewhere to live so that he can share in the care of his children or I'll go for 100% custody, he has been dossing at friends houses (read sleeping with other women) for 5 months now and still hasn't got around to finding somewhere to live or getting a car instead of taking mine when he has the kids.

It was very very cathartic.

After my show down with ex I then tackled my emotionally unavailable man and told him that we were going to be just friends from now on, he took it well and we actually had a laugh!!! Its a shame he isn't available because I quite like him, but I am not hanging around for the possibilty that he may be in the future, he knows my phone number if he wants to contact me.

Anyway I am back on top, but without any male company, somehow I think I might be better off!

I have an appointment at the Solicitor on Thursday, anybody have any advice about what questions I should ask?

lou33 · 02/02/2009 15:47

inthemistsoftime · 02/02/2009 15:55

lou33 · 02/02/2009 15:56

this one is italian

what was his pof name

inthemistsoftime · 02/02/2009 15:59

can't remember but he lived in Stratford

aseriouslyblondemoment · 02/02/2009 16:08

inthemist
there's all the usual things really
maintainence,access,pension,medical cover,the house if it's in both names,any debts
once you sit down and discuss it all you will feel alot better
the solicitor will clarify alot of things and you will start feeling in control of the situation
obviously the more that you can both agree outside of the solicitors the better
i dont know whether he would be prepared to go down the mediation route
Lou he sounds like another prick
have you heard any more from Mr Overseas?

OP posts:
aseriouslyblondemoment · 02/02/2009 16:09

aseriouslyblondemoment · 02/02/2009 16:44

aseriouslyblondemoment · 02/02/2009 17:37
