hello everyone
how you all diddling?
foxie, yes, the museum of childhood is fab. there were loads of exhibits - the most stunning dolls' houses, old straw dolls, those scary-looking victorian porcelain dolls, hobby horses, prams, etc etc, all through decades up to today - iggle piggle et al.
agree well worth a visit , mrs r- the kids had a , hate this word unless it means a shed, 'workshop" in the morning so only had an hour to scoot around the museum.
the kids were actually really well behaved (only person i had to tell off in my group was, of course, ds2) it's just the responsibility of making sure you don't leave smeone's precious dd or ds standing alone on a tube platform
paddle - i think that sounds a good start on packing - you deserved those crisps
sj, glad ds feeling better and you get to see your friend. enjoy!
MIL arriving any minute, ds1 went off with dh to pick her up. went downstairs to moan as front door wide open and ds1 was standing on the doorstep saying what a beautiful moon it was....ahhhh. still told him to shut the bloody door, tho, as it was freezing!
