IVF - July Transfers

Hello,

I started a previous thread for May transfers, but unfortunately, mine was unsuccessful. This was my first transfer, fully medicated (lupron suppression, estorgen priming, progesterone, antibiotics, blood thinners, aspirin, prograf, and prednol), and with a euploid embryo so completely gutted. Anyone else gearing up for a transfer in July? How are we feeling?

@thislittlestarhere that's disappointing, that they aren't getting any darker... Or lighter!

It’s 13 days since I had my trigger now (23 jul at 7pm) and it’s really frustrating me !!! I’ve even been testing AM and PM and it’s just this super faint line the same on the last few since the 3/8 really it hasn’t changed.

So sorry! I really wished for a better outcome for you x

I’m also 13 days since trigger and I’m getting positives. No idea if it’s the trigger or an actual positive as it’s driving me insane! Only started testing yesterday so I’ve not given it 48 hours yet to see if it gets darker or not 🫠

Hopefully yours are the real thing !!

Mine are definitely not getting any darker it seemed to have been getting progressively lighter till the 3aug then has just stalled at the last bit it’s so faint it’s nearly negative and I’m at the point I’d rather just know and start planning for the next cycle. I’d definitely have seen some progression if it was a real bfp😭

Still spiralling over here! Im now 8 days past transfer and 14 days past trigger. The image with the first response tests, the top is the morning of day 6 and the bottom is this morning. And then the image with the boots test the top image is the morning of day 7 and the bottom is this morning. I’m still so so scared it’s still the trigger 😭 x

It’s gone darker so don’t think it’s the trigger x

Totally negative test today so I’ll have to start planning the next cycle 😭

@OverTired26 all good, here. Did a repeat beta this morning, hoping for a low result, to make sure this is resolving, and get on with the next cycle and transfer!

@ASGIRC- Got everything crossed for you. Are you going with your next bleed into the next cycle? Hopefully that's the one!!

@OverTired26 that's my plan! I haven't discussed it with my doctor though, but I shall be informing her this afternoon 😂😂😂

Need to time it well, cause I am going away for almost 2 weeks, might keep taking progesterone to delay the bleed as long as possible (or until mid next week, as I'm back just over a week after that!)

I'm feeling super positive for next cycle (I wasn't for this one, for whatever reason!)

@ASGIRC glad to hear you're already motivated to try again and feeling positive, an impressively resilient response after a difficult cycle!

Im now 10DP5DT and 16 days last trigger. I think it’s actually happening 🥹 betas have been booked just to help with my anxiety. OTD is in 4 days. The first hurdle has been reached and now many more to go. ✨

@OverTired26 annoyingly, the 3rd beta was higher, still... But a slow enough rise that the clinic told me to stop all medication. Going for an ultrasound on Monday, just before I leave for my holiday... Not sure what theyre hoping to see, at such low numbers, but I get we need to rule out ectopic...

Your ultrasound is this week, yes?

(forgot to click post, and in the meantime I have been on the corner of the internet of success stories with slow rising betas and now Im... I dont even know what! Ive made my peace with it being a chemical. But youre telling me there is a chance it ISNT? Ive already had 2 beers!! LOL
I guess I will pee on a stick again, tomorrow, and will ask for another beta on monday, when I go for my scan!)

Just a quick update from me- I caved this morning and tested at 11dpt... and got a bfp 🩷🩵

Actually in shock as I was sure I was out!

Today is crap for me. I'm at the early pregnancy assessment right now. Woke up to fresh blood soaked through my underwear. Very worrying. I had similar in my previous pregnancy less than a week further along than this which turned out to be a hemotoma, so I'm praying for the same. It may even be a vanishing twin 😢 They're going to scan me soon and I've asked them to check if my cervix is closed, so praying all is ok as I've no cramps 🙏

@CaribbeanCupcake CONGRATS!!!! This just means symptoms mean NOTHING at all!
When's your OTD? And is it a beta or just a normal test?

Speaking of symptoms... My boobs are sore...i haven't had sore boobs since I had my DD. I'm not impressed 😒😒😅😅
