Anyone Doing FET/IVF Cycles in November 2025?

Hello ladies, anyone doing an FET or IVF next month? I am on a 3 month down regulation protocol and just did my last lupron depot injection yay! I start embryo transfer prep on the 1st of November, it will be nice to chat with anyone on a similar timeline for support and banter to get us through 😊 Xx

@tryinghopefully good luck with your scan tomorrow. I'm hoping adding tablets as well as patches help me this time! I've had 2 transfers and both times my lining has been 7mm which is the absolute minimum my clinic will transfer I think! This time my first scan my lining went from 6.3 to a week later it was 5.2, didn't think it could even go thinner while on patches!

I stopped my progesterone yesterday so should (hopefully) bleed in the next week then I'll be back on my transfer meds!

I think for me the cycle will start to feel in progress on Monday when I have blood tests to check my thyroid and prolactin levels to determine if they need to be brought down before transfer. Gosh here we go again eh! X

How’s everyone doing? Hope if you are able to take some time todo something you enjoy this weekend, especially if you are having a tough time with treatment or waiting for it to start!

@waitingforourmiracle Hoping the tablets and patches thickens your lining beautifully. It’s so frustrating to be where you are now (I remember it vividly!) but hoping the bleed comes quick and you can get going again.

Sorry for my delay in reply. Long story short there seems to have been a bit of a mix up at the clinic end on Thursday which was quite stressful and had me very confused about what was going on. I don’t know if it was the tiredness of heading out at 5am for a 3 1/2 hour drive to clinic or the hormones but my emotions were all over! The clinic phoned in Friday and apologised and made me plan. So I’ve started on the estrogen today and will have another scan on Tuesday 28th.

@tryinghopefully - can relate as I recently had a mix-up at the clinic as well. The doctor sent me to do "mission impossible", oh the stress was too much. Thankfully, that cleared after 24 hours.
I'm on my 4th FET cycle. Previous 3 all failed, did a bunch of tests, sorted out my endometrium microbiome after ERA/EMMA/ALICE tests. Fingers crossed for this one! I just started the oestrogen, so transfer date is probably around mid-Nov.

I started my bleed on Saturday morning so back on my 3 patches a day with aspirin as well as 3 oestrogen tablets daily. I've had such a headache since introducing the tablets but if they work I'll deal with the sore head 😂I've got my lining scan booked for the 30th so hopefully my lining thickens this time. Provisional transfer date is the 5th November (the day before one of my best friends hen party 🙈)

Hello! I am doing a FET in November! I am currently on week 1 of progynova and next Tuesday I’ll have my first scan! Fingers crossed this times works around

@Marisadea sounds like we're on similar timelines! How are you finding progynova? It seems to be giving me an awful headache!

same! :( I had to log off from work today due to headache… I am also facing insomnia issues and clear vaginal discharge. I feel like I am ovulating anytime soon! When is your scan?

I'm so ready to get home from work! My scan is Thursday 30th, I'm only on cycle day day 3

@waitingforourmiracle my scan is 28, we are definitely on the same timelines! Is it yoir first FET? I had a fresh transfer a couple of years ago, which failed and then took a break as that experience put me off mentally. I hope this is going to be a positive cycle

@Marisadea this will be my 3rd transfer, my first 2 have both ended in miscarriage unfortunately so I'm extra anxious for this time round, I'm on more oestrogen and aspirin this time so hopefully that helps! Sorry to hear about your failed transfer, we had a long break between the first and second transfer but this time I've gone straight back in as soon as I could/ Hopefully a lucky thread!

Sorry to hear you also experienced a clinic mix up - it’s very stressful! Hoping this transfer will be lucky after your extra testing. I’ve also just started estrogen.

I’m back on track now 🤞Hope the headache lifts as your body gets used or the estrogen. I was on oral and vaginal tablets with just one patch and aspirin. Hoping the concoctions works for you. We’re on a similar timeline as been given provisional transfer date of 7th November. Hopefully the hen party helps to pass the time!

@tryinghopefully good glad your back on track! My head is still hurting today hopefully I adjust to it soon! I wasn't planning on telling anyone about this transfer but I've had to let a couple of the girls know as I'm usually the drinking partner that stays out till the end of the night but I'll be the opposite so they will guess any way! 😋

Good afternoon, how is everyone feeling today? I am still coping with my headaches, but one week to go to my scan! Today I have some pink discharge, which I guess is due to hormonal fluctuations. Let’s keep it positive!

@Marisadea my headache still hasn't gone either, if anything it feels worse today! Keep reminding myself it will hopefully be worth it!

@waitingforourmiracle same! I spoke with the nurses about my pink discharge and asked me to do a scan this Friday instead of next Tuesday. They want to ensure everything is fine. I hope it is

Hi, Im just about to start my first IVF cycle. I think I'm a similar timeline to @Sequins04. 13/10 was my day 1 and will be starting long protocol on buserelin on 2nd November so think my transfer will be end of november beginning of December. Feeling pretty apprehensive at the moment with what to expect I guess

I had a really emotional night last night, I feel like I've not felt like that for a few months. I don't know if the headache or the amount of meds I seem to be taking at the minute, the worry of this transfer being cancelled or not working or the thought of another miscarriage but everything got on top of me and I felt like quitting it all 😥I'm sat in work now feeling like I could burst in to tears, I know it will pass but my gosh it is draining this process!! Fed up

Hang in there @waitingforourmiracle! I have had those days before as well but I'm sending you good thoughts to your desk! Is there something that would cheer you up? A coffee or a nice lunch? ❤️
Hope it all goes well @RavenWillow! I did the egg collection bit (freeze all cycle) but not transfer yet but everyone who has been through it will be happy to share experiences or answer questions.

@Waitingforday6 thank you, a woman I work with turned to me and said "your quiet today" and that was it the tears came out! She went through IVF for her sons so she understands and didn't think I was crazy haha. I feel better now I think sometimes it just needs to come out! How are you doing x

@waitingforourmiracle Ah I can imagine. I had a desk cry after the third pregnancy announcement at work within 24 hours. There's a limit to what we can handle!!
I'm glad she knows what it's like. It's so rare to see someone in the wild who has been through it. We have started telling more friends and everyone is nice and supportive but just doesn't get it and I hope they never will.
I'm ok thanks, we're planning to transfer in early Feb, first ever transfer, no natural pregnancies, no two lines, no losses (thankfully). So I keep going between hope and having zero faith in my body because it has never given any sort of indication that it can do pregnancy. We are unexplained which in a way makes it worse.
Ahhh! I also have a polyp, the clinic seems to think it's fine but I keep going back and forth on whether I should get it removed privately beforehand. And I guess I'm aware that once you start the rollercoaster of transfers the likelihood of loss obviously increases, whether embryo loss or miscarriage. But other than that I'm ok 🤣

@Waitingforday6 oh gosh 3 in a row that is rough! Yes she has been a god send really, her sons are in their 20s now so it was some time ago but she understands! I'm very open about our ivf journey I think it helps because it seems to stop the unexpected questions from people! I actually posted about it on my socials to (try) help others and I did get a few messages!
Feb will be here before you know it, sorry if I missed it but did you get many embryos to freeze? Honestly, there is just one thing after another isn't there!

@waitingforourmiracle That's lovely that you shared to help others, I am not really on social media so wouldn't reach anyone with my message 😂 but I definitely consume content (mainly podcasts) so I really appreciate everyone who is putting themselves out there because it does really help! And that's why I love this community on here too. It's a safe little haven. We were very lucky and got 11! I really like our clinic obviously but I imagine it was also luck that I happened to respond to the medication well as that's hard to predict in the first round isn't it?
