I thought I would start a thread for those scheduled for a FET in May.

Had egg collection in Feb, feels like forever ago now.

I have just started a medicated FET cycle. Started taking norethisterone today. Provisional transfer scheduled for May 27th.

Anyone else on a similar timeline?

Totally understandable, but honestly the test line is as dark as the control so no doubt you'll get a dye stealer soon! how many dpt are you now?

I'm okay - feeling a bit symptomy (exhausted, kinda nauseas, but then the thought of certain food makes me feel worse), but i feel like i'm gaslighting myself into thinking it's all psychosomatic 😂🙄Silly, i know. I'm just trying to keep as stress free as possible and reminding myself that whatever will be, will be. Which works for about 3 minutes!

I've had to mute words on my social media because i was getting a lot of posts about pregnancy loss, MMCs etc so would definitely recommend doing that now because they sent me into a tailspin for a few days where i was super negative about the outcome of this pregnancy. I think i very much underestimated the emotional toll this would have!

oh no @mumtrovert on the FRER front. Would you consider other brands at all?

@Raegs fingers crossed the tww goes by quickly for you. do you have anything planned to help take your mind off of it?

@PixieJxoxo I'm 21 DPT now, what about you ?. Official test date was last Thursday and a scan is booked on the 4th June.
I know exactly what you mean with symptoms, I've had a lot but then I'm thinking am I thinking it so much and I'm making myself feel like that?! Completely tormenting myself!

@PixieJxoxo if I can’t find one it’ll have to be really.. it’s just that with my DS I only used FRER.. I still have all the pictures of the tests. It’s a combination of being able to accurately compare and superstition of trying to keep things the same. Silly I know.

@Raegs good that you’re feeling ok at the moment, this is my first transfer too so I get what you mean about being conscious of everything… on Monday I was panicking because I had no symptoms, and yesterday I had a few cramps and was convinced it was a sign of impending doom!

Agree that it looks like a strong line @YourBusyZebra , just a funny test cos the gap is in the control line too

@Blueskycat I didn’t find one 😫 so I have a clearblue instead. Hopefully it’s a good enough line that I don’t have to worry, (putting out the good intentions that there WILL be a 2nd line there!)

This is why I didn’t want to do a CB 😢😢😢 I’m spiralling because I don’t know if this is too faint. My FRER last time had a very clear darkish line by this point. I’m 8dp5dt.

@mumtrovert I also hate the clear blues, no shops near me sell first response ones, I eneded up on the cheep 99p home bargains ones as they are pink dye, if you have a home bargains near id highly recommend them they are 1.99 for 2
There is definitely a line there though

This is a picture now it’s dry and in natural light. It’s hard to get it on camera but there’s definitely more IRL although faint.

@confused2025 it’s an ‘ultra early’ one.

@camelinastorm I have FRER coming today from Amazon so I’m hoping they come this morning 😩 I’m definitely going to test on a 3hr hold once they arrive. I’m off work today, can’t face going in until I know one way or the other.

I hope you can be extra kind to yourself this morning while you wait for Amazon (hot choc? daytime telly?), you’re in the toughest bit of the wait now but you’re so nearly there (and things are looking promising ❤️)

I just did a pink dye Boots 5 day early detection with SMU and there’s the faintest of faint lines, not sure if there’s colour in it. I think I’m going to wait to do FRER tomorrow morning, not sure my heart can take it today.

I think it's better to do the test first thing in the morning so waiting til tomorrow might be better, I know it's difficult !

Got back from the clinic an hour ago, transfer went really well. The embryologist was pleased with the way the embryo thawed and said it was expanding well so it's just a waiting game now.
Just chilling out for the next couple of days now.

@uhhuhyeahok that is great news. Hope you have a nice and relaxing evening now. I just had a message from my clinic to confirm the thaw process and anxiety is kicking in but it will be over this time tomorrow (once it thaws).
I think we all deserve holidays after this!

@PixieJxoxo back at work today and got lots going on so hopefully that will distract me enough! Hope the scan goes well on Saturday.

@Blueskycat exactly! Trying to be zen about it all. Not sure how successful that'll be but the intention is there 😂 hormones being all over the show does not help with this. When are you planning on testing?

It’s a pink lid but I’m fairly certain it should be much, much darker than this at 9dpt. I’ve obviously had a chemical.

I have had my beta 585 up from 265 in a week so not looking promising tbh, but really am in a week I hate this dragging out part
