I thought I would start a thread for those scheduled for a FET in May.

Had egg collection in Feb, feels like forever ago now.

I have just started a medicated FET cycle. Started taking norethisterone today. Provisional transfer scheduled for May 27th.

Anyone else on a similar timeline?

All good thanks guys. We were in and out in about 15 minutes! Luckily very straight forward transfer. I was a bit worried because since my EMCS my uterus is now really curved. But she had no trouble getting in.
It’s so weird I instantly feel so different even though nothing has actually changed 😂 I guess I’m just more hyper vigilant and aware! Now on to the anxious wait.. I kept a note of all my symptoms last time so now I’ll be comparing the whole time 🙄

@EmmaLouise6790 sorry to hear it was negative.. hopefully it’s just too early! Keeping everything crossed still for you that it could change.

@Anniekent1 how are you feeling? Did you get the betas done? I’m hoping the line has darkened and the betas have doubled ❤️❤️❤️

Are you going to try and stay busy and distracted or take it easy? I imagine with a toddler life has quite a fast pace!

Hi @FrostedFlakethank you for checking in. My beta on Monday was very low for where we are at so pretty devastated. Had another yesterday so trying to hope that it is had just doubled a s will get the results today but tbh preparing for the worst.

@mumtroverteeeek good luck glad it all seemed to go well. Hope you get to relax the next few days and keep distracted
@EmmaLouise6790 I would leave it a few days. Don’t count yourself out yet!! Could just be taking a while to build the HCG

Awh I’m sorry @Anniekent1 that it was quite low but I’ve seen so many positive stories where it started off extremely low but it has doubled and as it’s all about it doubling I really hope you get a great number today ❤️🙌🏻

@Blueskycat I knowwww. We’ve been patiently waiting haven’t we? 😅 is it yours today?? Good luck if it is! I can’t remember if you said today or tomorrow. I’m back in work today, although admin instead of clinical (NHS job), but back to clinical from tomorrow. It’s exactly what I did last time so just sticking with it. Although outside of work was much more chill… now it is definitely not! I was up at 4:30 this morning with a coughing toddler 🙃 luckily he was back in bed after 20 minutes but I struggled to go back to sleep.

How is everyone with the other BFPs getting on??

My test day is today and it was positive ☺️ I'm still nervous that it won't work until I get a scan to see what's going on

I'm 10dp5dt today, havent tested yet. Official Test date isn't til Tuesday the wait is so hard 😅 I had really bad cramping at the weekend and I'm still cramping but definitely not as sore as it was then. Not sure what any of it means 🤣

@mumtrovert I'm now 13dpt and off back for another beta I'm not holding hope as I have literally not one symptom did a test and it's still positive but still not overly dark but still using the cheapy ones as I don't want to change brands now 😬 they say only from day of missed period and due to IVF I don't really know when that should be I think yesterday

I have my viability scan booked for 10 June - this seems ages away 😬.

Hi @Toryory21@mumtrovert unfortunately my betas did not double and are still low so clinic are not happy and concerned. We are now just thing to prepare for the outcome of this so having quite a hard day and will probably bow out of the updates on this chat

that being said I wish all you remaining ladies all the luck in the world ! @YourBusyZebra @camelinastormsuch exciting news I am so pleased for you !! And @Toryory21i know the wait it soo hard but it will be worth it.

@Toryory21 Aw I hope the wait doesn’t go too slow. I don’t know what’s worse, this wait to test or the wait for the first scan! It’s all agonising isn’t it

I wrote last time that I had pulling and twinges 1dpt, I can’t say I’ve felt much today. Sometimes I thought I did but I think it was more psychological 🙄

@Anniekent1 devastated they aren't doubling as they would like, what numbers did you get ? It's such a complex thing the HCG levels

Had my six week scan today. The anxiety was through the roof and I had to go alone but good news. All in good shape and there was even a foetal heartbeat. I burst into tears. Obviously not there yet but steps in the right direction. Sending everyone good wishes. Such a stressful time but fingers crossed there’s lots more positive tests to come!

I finally had my transfer this morning! All went ok, apart from my bladder being so full that I had to run out of the transfer room for a last minute emergency partial wee 🤣

I’m feeling excited for now so going to enjoy that feeling while it lasts…

@mumtrovert I hope being back to clinical work has been ok, do you get the whole bank holiday weekend off? I can’t believe we’ve finally made it to our long awaited wait…

Yayyyy glad everything went well @Blueskycat what grade did you transfer? Mine was 3BB so hoping it sticks. It’s not been too bad, I’m just casually ignoring any heavy lifting ones 😂 & yes I’m off all bank holiday so I’m happy! How about you? Enjoy the excitement, I’m excited too. It’s an anxious wait but there’s nothing I can do differently to affect the outcome so I might aswell enjoy being ‘pregnant’ for now. Fingers crossed for our BFPs! I’m going to test on the 30th.

Ah hooray for the bank holiday!! Good to hear you’re excited too, I like the idea of enjoying the ‘pregnancy’ for now. We transferred a 4AA, but from what I’ve read about grades, it seems to be very subjective- if they can survive the freeze and thaw then they’re already fighters!

I’m going to try and wait until OTD on Weds 4th but let’s see. It really gets me to see a stark white test so I’m not usually an early tester. I’ve got everything crossed for BFPs all round 🤞🏽✨
