Anybody else starting or in middle of treatment?

Bit about my experience so far..
My last treatment was in december and had to come to a stop after finding a polyp during the scan. Have since removed the polylp and given the green light to go again. currently on estrodiol and due for a lining thickness scan next week. If all goes to plan I think the frozen transfer will be during 1st wk of april (Fingers X’ed!)

Sending you all positive and sticky vibes!

@jenk91 thinking of you and hoping your scan is reassuring 😘😘😘😘. Xxx

jenk91 · 09/05/2025 12:39

@Foreverhoping33 @Lostmyusernametoday @Kr0 thank you guys, thankfully all is fine! They said the pregnancy is in the right place, they can see the sac and yolk (whatever that is!) and they can see the source of the bleeding - it’s a intrauterine haematoma 🤷‍♀️ she said it’s common and not to worry. So for now I’m relieved and have another scan with them in 2 weeks, so just got to stay positive and keep everything crossed!

sending love to you all 🥰🥰

Kr0 · 09/05/2025 12:47

@jenk91 aww that’s such great news. So happy for you that everything is fine. Didn’t know they would use the term yolk for a human egg. Learn something new every day!

Evi83 · 09/05/2025 13:07

@jenk91 Thats great news. Sorry you’re having to go through it all but wonderful that they could see the sac and the yolk. Also good that they could tell exactly why you were bleeding. Hopefully next scan goes well too 🙏🏻

Ah that’s great news - reassuring but so stressful - hope you’re managing to get some rest

Brownowl83 · 09/05/2025 15:56

My goodness you ladies are too kind thank you all @Lostmyusernametoday @ForeverHopeful17 @Evi83

@jenk91 so pleased for you, what a relief 🙏🏻

@Kr0 I still feel the same as you. I actually have no other symptoms except period pains and lower back ache but I get that a few days before my period anyway. I don't have sore boobs either! Trying not to read too much into it until Monday OTD.
Not long now, good luck for tomorrow ❤️

Lostmyusernametoday · 09/05/2025 18:12

@jenk91 thats brilliant news! If anything you’re better off because you’ve got the yolk and the sac and you know they’re in the right place. Wonderful! Sorry about the bleeding though it’s scary! A couple of my friends had those too no idea why they come to cause a bit of stress!

Kr0 · 10/05/2025 06:51

Unfortunately it was a negative for us today

Lostmyusernametoday · 10/05/2025 07:30

@Kr0 im so sorry to read this news - it’s the worst feeling so I’m sending you love. Hope you can be kind to yourselves this weekend ❤️

Evi83 · 10/05/2025 08:40

@Kr0 Im so sorry. It’s totally gutting. Look after yourself over the next few days and definitely arrange some treats. 🩷

jenk91 · 10/05/2025 11:58

@Kr0 so sorry to hear that, sending lots of love and take care of yourself xx

Brownowl83 · 10/05/2025 14:35

I'm sorry @Kr0 sending you love ❤️

Foreverhoping33 · 11/05/2025 07:29

@Kr0 im sorry to hear about your bfn. Hope you are taking care of yourself. Sending lots of love.

I have come down with some bug this weekend have had d&v a lot! Thought it was morning sickness at the beginning but I’m now sure it isn’t. Freaking me out a bit because my first transfer resulted in a mmc when I also had d&c at basically the same time. Don’t think there’s much I can do but wait it out to my scan next week 🫣. The anxiety never leaves!

Lostmyusernametoday · 11/05/2025 08:37

@Foreverhoping33 I have an awful tummy from the progesterone but apparently it doesn’t impact the pregnancy just keep drinking water if you can. They’re pretty hardy I think but sorry you’re feeling rubbish!

Brownowl83 · 11/05/2025 13:50

@Foreverhoping33 I hear you on the anxiety, it's no joke 🥴

I woke up today terribly anxious, been all over the place as well. This is not how I imagined things to be on many levels. I'm actually not even excited about anything to do with it?! Also my OH was in tears the other day worried something terrible is going to happen and I had to remain calm... I know it's hard for them as they can't control anything but jeez it's not good for me either.

One more terrible sleep until I test again and call the clinic tomorrow morning 😬

jenk91 · 11/05/2025 14:50

Sorry you’ve been unwell @Foreverhoping33 hope it clears up asap!

I hear you guys about the anxiety, I am so anxious all the time and just feel like something will go wrong - glad I’m not alone!

Evi83 · 11/05/2025 17:02

@Foreverhoping33 @Brownowl83 @jenk91 oh the anxiety! Woke up at 4am the other day for no reason and just lay there feeling anxious. Not even specifically about the pregnancy 🤪🤪

and sorry you’re feeling rubbish @Foreverhoping33 and @Lostmyusernametoday Hope it all settles down soon.

I’ve found myself totally exhausted the past 2 days. Hopefully that’s a sign that there’s lots going on inside 🙏🏻

Lostmyusernametoday · 11/05/2025 17:41

@Brownowl83 its all the focus on the BFP but actually that’s not the thing is it. So then its worry till the viability scan then (hopefully) relief for like a day then worry till the 12 week scan and repeat until you’re hopefully home with a baby. Oh to be naive!

@Lostmyusernametoday you've hit the nail on the head!!

I feel like every step is a mountain climb. After having therapy after the hospitalisation for OHSS they said to take each day as it comes. This is easier said than done... I've literally not sat on the sofa since Thursday keeping busy out and about just to try and make the time go quicker. Ergh!

Lostmyusernametoday · 11/05/2025 21:40

@Brownowl83 it really does feel like that! I’ll be so hoping the mountains are easy climbs and that early next year you’re bringing a baby home ❤️

Brownowl83 · 12/05/2025 16:46

Scan booked 2 weeks today, let the next wait commence...! Luckily the clinic said I can exercise again just no heavy lifting or intense cardio which is a relief as this will help, provided I can summon the energy to do so.

Are those at this stage staying on this thread? Some of the others are quite overwhelming

Foreverhoping33 · 12/05/2025 17:33

@Brownowl83 great news!
yes I was hoping to stay on this thread and we can all support each other through the wait for the scan. Pretty sure we all have very similar timings of end of next week and the beginning of the one after.
think my lower back ache has come back a bit after the bug this weekend which is reassuring me slightly though anxiety still there. Can’t wait for the scan and to hopefully see a heartbeat.
we are going away with friends this weekend and they will 100% notice I’m not drinking and probably guess, feel like it would have been better to have scan before but ah well.
xxxx

jenk91 · 12/05/2025 18:04

@Brownowl83 yay! That’s good news, hopefully will help to keep you sane!
@Foreverhoping33 i agree, it’s nice we are all so close together. Are you feeling a little more human now after your bug?
how is everyone feeling symptom wise? I have zero symptoms except being incredibly bloated and tired but nothing else!

Brownowl83 · 12/05/2025 20:59

@Foreverhoping33 I had 2 dinners out this weekend with friends and family and said I was on antibiotics as had a UTI during the week, either that or I was driving anyway. It's hard though as I'm not a good liar but seemed not to raise any questions... I'm sure you'll be ok.

However I'd you're like me I love a drink and finding that very hard this weekend 😩😂

@jenk91 I've had like period pain cramps, bit of lower back ache and headaches. Also felt nauseous this afternoon. Not sleeping past 4am so a bit tired too. Very weird dreams - but I get those when under stress/anxiety anyway. How are you doing?.

Lostmyusernametoday · 12/05/2025 21:27

Im def up for staying on! I’ve already been on a hen do (pre OTD but id tested) and this weekend to a wedding so I’ve just told a few people as it was my best friends hen so there is just no way I’d have been sober, plus it included rock climbing which I obvs had to sit out too so I just said because I couldn’t face it and didn’t want it to be thing on her special weekend.

I am dog tired (in bed already) and sense of smell but that’s it. Tbf I had the exact same last time so that’s one good thing I’m not wishing throwing up on myself 😂😂
