Anybody else starting or in middle of treatment?

Bit about my experience so far..
My last treatment was in december and had to come to a stop after finding a polyp during the scan. Have since removed the polylp and given the green light to go again. currently on estrodiol and due for a lining thickness scan next week. If all goes to plan I think the frozen transfer will be during 1st wk of april (Fingers X’ed!)

Still in the TWW, OTD is next Monday but going to test from Friday as that will be 10dp5dt... I got early tests and wanted to start today but OH said not to. I've only had a few twinges, terrible emotions and weird dreams as symptoms so far which I blame the progesterone on!

@Brownowl83 oh well done for staying strong re testing. Hope Friday comes around quickly for you and you get good news. Yay for weird dreams and emotions- fingers crossed it’s a good sign! 🙏🏻 🙏🏻

@Brownowl83 well done for holding out. My OTD is 10pt so makes sense to use that. TWW is a killer. I was fine all weekend but I’m struggling now!

@Evi83 had my blood results back and are 1433, not sure what it means but it puts my mind at ease a bit that they are nice and high!

@jenk91 Oooh, that's great news! It's funny how we are so similar. Hope it's a good sign for us both ❤(although i feel so un-pregnant at the moment, only symptoms of sore boobs are really just the progesterone... moments of 'nausea' but i think that may be psychosomatic).

How are you? How is everyone else getting on with symptoms?

@Evi83 i was saying this today! Up until Sunday I was having pretty strong cramps but now they have eased off and I am just getting the odd twinge. I feel hungover in the mornings and my sense of smell is very sensitive, but I think I am looking out for these so probably noticing them more!

Despite very little symptoms my period due date is on Friday too. Today I've started to get the usual period cramps which are very different to the cramps I got around day 4/5 post transfer. Trying not to read into it too much!

@Brownowl83 it is Saturday

@Brownowl83 fingers crossed it’s implantation or just some other movement / stretching that’s not related to your period. I think the sensations of early pregnancy can be so similar to pre period. When is your otd? 🙂

OTD is on Monday 12th, but will wait and see what the next 24 hours brings... Cramps are getting worse like I'm about to come on 😩

I have had some bleeding today and my cramps are feeling different so clinic have told me to go to the EPU, this journey is so cruel isnt it!

@jenk91 oh no how scary for you! Hope you are ok and get reassuring news at the EPU! It’s such a rollercoaster!! But bleeding not always bad news so stay positive. Sending lots of love your way!!

@Brownowl83 @Kr0 keeping my fingers crossed for both of you! I do think cramps can be positive but it is so tricky to know and such a mindf*. Have either of you tested yet or both holding strong?

im finding the waiting tricky! And have another two weeks to go till first scan. Have no symptoms whatsoever but again think that’s pretty normal at this stage so trying to remind myself of that. Weird hoping for morning sickness but that’s where I am…🫠

@Foreverhoping33 yep still holding strong. This might be the longest week of my life though! Bless you, definitely think it is normal but you almost want the reassurance of some symptoms. Lots of ivf people would say the same I’m sure! 2 weeks feels so long for this bit let alone the wait for then another 2 for the scan bless you.

@jenk91 thinking of you and hoping you get some reassurance at the EPU. I haven’t had it but I know some friends have had bleeding and that it isn’t always a bad sign so I will be so hoping this is the case for you. Sending love and thoughts ❤️❤️❤️

@Foreverhoping33 we always agreed to test on 10dp5dt as it would be the day my period would be due and I'm like clockwork.

I did the test an hour ago as I couldn't hold the wee any longer and can't believe it's positive... In complete shock tbh!

Husband is too, we were both convinced otherwise. We now wait until Monday for OTD and go from there 😬

yesterday was such a palava, but have a scan later this morning so at least will get some answers today hopefully.

Aww @Brownowl83 thats amazing news. Congratulations. No just one day to go. I definitely feel like I’m coming on so I don’t feel very positive but still some hope.

For me, I am feeling very unpregnant with only mild passing on/off symptoms and starting to feel pretty negative about it. 😭

@Evi83 my symptoms are always on and off if that helps at all but it’s really hard to be positive isn’t it when you’re always fearing the worst

@Evi83 i also have no symptoms at all so don’t worry. I had this last time too don’t think they really start till 6-7 weeks at the earliest. Think most important thing is feeling positive! The body follows the mind! You have got this 💪💪💪💪💪💪.
