Anyone starting next month? I'll be on my 4th cycle. I've just bought 2 cycles with manchester fertility and it will be me done. I'm 36, have a low amh of 5.2 and afc 10. I'm doing the estrogen priming protocol so will take estrogen tablets for 7 days starting from day 21. I then take 450 meriofert. I'm not sure whether I am excited or nervous. It has been a year since my last cycle and I'm going to struggle with another loss but wanted to get started again also. No children yet and over 3 years trying. Have blocked tubes and endo xx

@jenk91 pleasde don’t be disheartened as it’s quite early still and the line would be very feint. Make sure you use first morning urine as it will be way too diluted at any other stage of the day and potentially give you a negative as there’s so little HCG yet.

Had a bad night with pain and some brown spotting . Been crying all night , not feeling very hopeful at all 😟

Aw @Rebekah77 I hope you're okay. I would potentially see that as a positive sign but I know that's not nice when you're in pain! Did you say your test date is Saturday? I think the fact it's brown spotting makes me hopeful for you. Have everything crossed!

I've woken up from my egg retrieval and felt fine but after going down to get a coffee I'm in agony! Felt like my womb was about to drop out of my body. Not sure if it's normal but I've dosed up on pain meds and got laid back in bed which seems to have helped a bit but still cramping. I daren't move now! I'm really worried they are going to make me transfer tomorrow as I don't feel healed enough they said Friday, Saturday or Monday for my transfer if I'm lucky enough to get to that stage x

Thank you lovely , trying to stay positive but it’s just like all the post loss trauma making me spiral . Was howling my eyes out all night . Got in bed with my other half now for a bit

the pain is just so awful , bloody endo on top of everything xx

As previously said I’m just taking the paracetamol and pretty much constant with a heat pad. I found it really difficult to go to the toilet as well but it’s slowly getting better. Hope they can keep you til Monday to transfer.

sorry to hear about your previous trauma @Rebekah77 I can’t imagine. Please look after yourself today and will keep everything crossed that the spotting is a good sign.

Sending lots of love to everyone who’s struggling today. Think it’s hit me a bit more today how hard this process is, physically as well as mentally. My work lets us take fertility leave so I’m taking the day to rest and cuddle up with my dog (and a hot water bottle!) xxx

@Geordienewbie its tough isn’t it, I’ve found since the egg collection has been the toughest, because it’s just so much waiting and overthinking. That’s great your work offer that, look after yourself today and hope you’ve got some crap on the tv ☺️

bleeding worse so think that’s that ! Said to continue meds until Tuesday . The pain is mainly what’s bothering me just agony . They said to go to a+e if worse but not wasting their time or waiting 21 hours feeling poopey . Sticking to the sofa and trying to keep hydrated and paracetamol

Sorry to hear the bleeding has got worse @Rebekah77 and you're in so much pain bless you. Yes keep wrapped up on the sofa and topped up on painkillers are you about a week past transfer now?

I’m on day 8 currently , will test over the weekend but know it’s failed 😞 @emeraldhope

other half is being so sweet , getting food etc I still feel sick . Trying not to be a zombie and try to plan and think about next round

I've had a call from the clinic this morning, all 3 eggs were mature but only 1 fertilised normally so they want to transfer it back to me today! Just feeling so so grateful to get to the point of transfer as I had fully convinced myself I didn't have a chance x

im also defo out because test still negative but ive been on progesterone pessaries before to help with luteal phase and my bleed won’t come until I stop using them!

Thank you my transfer went okay. I didn't really understand the grading but she said there's a fair bit of fragmentation, still good enough for transfer though I suppose. Nothing much I can do now but wait! X
