Hi ladies, I am due to transfer in August, likely early in the first week of, if there’s anyone else due to transfer around then, it would be great to hear from you!

I caved and tested this morning at 8dp5dt A big stark BFN.

I know right now you'll think everything is over but please hold onto hope it is still early. Have a little read of this it may help a little

Thanks ladies. Not too hopeful. Just disappointing because we had said we'd do three transfers. This will be the second failed transfer. I've decided not to another transfer this year and feel time is slipping away.

Hello, hope it's ok to join? I see there a been a few BFPs so far and also a few recent BFNs. Hope everyone is looking after themselves.
I had a freeze all cycle in July, due to risk of OHSS but we managed to freeze 2 blasts.
I'm on day 9 of eastrogen tablets and I go for a scan tomorrow to check the lining and hopfully be given a date of early next week for the transfer. What should the lining ideally be tomorrow? Is it anything over 7mm that we are looking for?
Although the wait since EC to this FET has been a killer, I've been really chill in terms of not stressing too much about stuff in general as I know I've got 2 safe in the freezer so with that though I've not stuck to a particular diet I.e eating loads of 'fertility friendly' foods although I've got a healthy diet as it is. Last minute stresses! Any tips for upcoming fet?! Feel like I've got a few days to salvage myself!

Welcome @dogmam it always nice to have new people and try and relieve some worry that you could have. I found these forums really helpful on my first round 5 years ago so it's been good to get back to it. I'm currently 5dp5dt FET and I feel this is the longest wait in my life. My first round I took a test on this date and got my first BFP. I have done one today hoping for the same but it's currently a BFN. I'm hoping it all just way to early as I have read FET Implantation can take longer than fresh so fingers crossed.

I've not eaten fertility friendly food as such just kept an eye on all the bad things. Have you started you pre pregnancy vitamins? That's what my clinic recommends

So a bizzare update from me.. My period never came. I had pink discharge yesterday morning and that's stopped. I got a v faint BFP yesterday and I've got the identical line again today. Had constant cramping for 3 days now. No idea if it's a chemical or a pregnancy.. I guess tomorrow will tell if the line gets any darker? Xx

@RickmanZ thank you! Just vitiman d and folic acid, which I've taken for the last 2 year or so, I know there's loads of other vitimans out there but it's such a minefield isn't it. Aw I really hope it's still early days for you in terms of testing but can understand you'll be worried if you got your bfp on the same day last time. Everything crossed for you for the next few days.

@Rachae that sounds like maybe the start of good news! All you can do is wait and see now! I hope this is it for you though.

@dogmam ohh thanks! I'm so not sure as I thought lines had to get darker every day...
How are you doing, what meds are you on for your ET? Xx

@Rachae I think it's every 48 hours you should see a difference on tests so hopfully tomorrow it will be slightly darker when you test. Still not sign of AF is also a good sign for you.

I went for my lining scan today and all good, I'm booked in on Wednesday for my FET! I've been taking estradiol x3 a day then from tomorrow I start cyclogest pessaries too, twice a day.

@dogmam yes that's currently what's keeping me positive that I was just lucky to get a result so early last time. Also I've been reading FET implantation takes long than a fresh so fingers crossed!

@Rachae I'm ok just waiting each day which the days seem so long too. I'm trying not to test now as it's done me no good doing it so early. How many dp are you?

@dogmam thanks for this.. Yes I don't think I've helped myself once again as I panicked and went and got a different brand of test at lunch. Superdrug 6 days before. Tested at 2pm and it was negative. I just don't know what to think but testing tomorrow morning with same FRER brand if no period.

@RickmanZ the wait is agonising isn't it! Especially the closer you get. I'm 8dp5dt today. My OTD is tomorrow as my clinic do it at 9 days. If I get a faint line again I've no idea what they'll say really. Unsure if it's supposed to look strong at 9. Any idea? Xx

@Rachae do they not do a beta or just the pregnancy test? Surely if there's a line there no matter how faint they would then do bloods to see if the hcg is doubling. When did you do your first test?

@RickmanZ nope they only offer a 7 week scan after a successful pregnancy test. If the test is negative they say wait for the period to start. I tested yesterday morning first and the line Is pretty much identical to the line this morning in terms of how faded. It hardly shows up on a photograph. Xx

Hey, so I tested OTD today and it was negative with a sensitive test. My clinics asked me to stop the meds as advised even if a faint line came at a later date it won't be viable. Best of luck to all of you 😊 xxx

@Rachae so sorry to hear this. My OTD is Sunday with bloods due on Monday. I haven't tested since the Bfn on 8dp5dt but don't expect the result to have changed

@hopefulhel keeping holding on to that glimmer of hope! I'm 7dp5dt, I've tested yesterday and Wednesday which were both negative. Hoping they were just way to early. I'm going to try not test again now until Sunday which is the day before my beta 😳

Evening ladies, I tested today which was otd and was a bfn. Have bloods in the morning am going to ask for a follow up consultation to discuss next steps for next year

@hopefulhel same here. Had my bloods this morning just waiting for the results but I've also done a test this morning which is a BFN. I'm guessing this round wasn't the right time. Good luck to everyone else x

Thanks everyone. I told the clinic I'd like to talk to the doctor and would be thinking of doing another FET in February/ March. I think I'll book it in after my call with the doctor
