@HT2101 short protocol - I've got PCO and don't ovulate without meds so I think they were all waiting impatiently in there for their chance to break free!

Hopefully I'll know soon how they'll manage my cycle for FET. Does anyone know when I should expect my withdrawal bleed - about two weeks like a normal period?

With my first and second short protocol I had a post egg collection bleed about 5 days afterwards and then got my period 2 weeks after that

@Mrbay how are you today? It is but it did this last time.. I've got really pain in my right side. An the in the bottom of my tummy..

Still not at the end yet.. I still don't believe it true..

@HT2101 - why thank you! I do try, life would be boring without humour but I do forget that not everyone makes light of their situation.
Whilst the nurse was routing around on Friday AM, in my lady bits not my handbag as that would be crossing the line - lol! I was talking about the changes we had made and I said how my DH had been having his daily dick drink - only a slight chuckle from the nurse. Maybe one does not laugh whilst ones hand is up your lady bits?!
Told DH and his response, she probably thought why is he taking liquid Viagra as its his ball that need the help??!

@Pattaz2711 - I'm better than yesterday, I've not got a chuff like a baboon's bum so that's an improvement!
Just got to take each day as it comes and sorry, I am with you DH better to test every 48-hours and save your money - big hugs!
As you are a hairdresser with very long hair, what is your go-to conditioning treatment? I know you said coconut oil, but anything for restoring bonds? Not IVF related I know, but thought that you might be able to help?

@Mrbay heya lol that's ok I use a shampoo and conditioner called honey an oatmeal buy catwalk you can buy it on look fantastic it's £17.99 but you get over a litre of shampoo an conditioner twin pack it will last you about 6 mths maybe longer. It's really really nice on your hair or another one is bed head rehab for hair an it's a red bottle xx

@All -, hope we are okay. Back from EC and 7 follicles safe deposit made .Just resting as we wait for that dreaded call tomorrow morning . Hoping we get good quality ones for ET by Saturday .

Just had a phone call to say I do my trigger tonight at 11.30pm. I have been asked not to wear perfume etc on the morning of egg collection. Do you shower on the morning though - like soap is fine, right? 😂

Yes I've always showered and washed my hair the day of egg collection just no body washes or deodorant and same for partner

My trigger is at 11.30pm which feels really late - nervous and second guessing everything.

@Mrbay - we were scan buddies - do you have a date for EC?

@BabySweet85 my triggers have been at a similar time. You usually ovulate 36-40 hours after so its perfect for a mid morning EC so they can catch them

@BabySweet85 my clinic said stick deodorant was ok, just not sprays, which i was grateful for because it was a hot day haha. Good luck for your trigger, you'll be great!

@BabySweet85 - good luck! I'm having my EC tomorrow AM, I'm more worried about what to wear and take! I'm going to have a shower tonight and that is it well I am up at the crack of dawn tomorrow so the less I have to do the better!

@HJF84 - I am so very sorry, enjoy your gin - which one are you treating yourself too?

@MorgenMuffel - I'm glad you said about the nail varnish as I was worried I removed (dragged off) my gels for nothing!

Must pack my bag ready for tomorrow morning. One tip for those going for egg collecting, I put my pad on my knickers before sedation, makes it a little easy to feel a bit more secure.
