@Goingbacktokansascity cd16, but opks have been dark but not positive for last4 days. Is that a bad sign?!

@Beth804 basically the same as me! Pre Clomid my cycles were anything from 33 days to 56 😳 Good luck on your second cycle! I'm also on my 2nd too, have you had any side affects from Clomid x

@CharlotteCx Ah thanks! Just hot flushes I think! They creep up when I'm least expecting them! Did you ovulate last cycle?

@Beth804 yep same as me, mine always occur in the middle of the night though so I wake up so so hot! Yes I did, my cd21 bloods come back at 61.7, before Clomid my progesterone was a eye watering 1.9 😳 so they deffo worked but I didn't conceive unfortunately, think the amount I was stressing the first cycle did not help one bit as I didn't no what to expect, I don't really know a lot about the ins and outs of everything so just learning every day about it all really. I used to ovulate but it was irregular. So from last month the last time I ovulated was May!

@CharlotteCx Ah that's great that you know it works! Hopefully you'll be a bit more relaxed this month and it will all go to plan! No mine didn't work last month, I feel like I might need a higher dose, but not due to see the consultant again until December. My opks have been darker than last month so I'm hopeful! I'm not being tracked at all though so just have to try and figure it out myself. I'm wondering whether to just ring the gp and ask for day 21 bloods???

@Beth804 Think I'm getting there lol! It's all a lot to take in isn't it. Ahhh sorry to hear that 😥 , are you on 50mg atm? If your opks are getting darker then that is deffo a good sign I'd say. But from what I've learnt from this forum that sometimes you can get positive opks but not actually release the egg. So yeah I'd request a cd21 from the dr, possibly a 28 one too as you don't know when you'll ovulate so cd21 might be a bit early? My gyno gave me both last month, I ovulated on CD14 or 15 so cd21 bloods picked mine up. I'm not being tracked neither, think it depends on the area you live in! Have you got any pictures you can upload of the opks x

@Beth804 the bottom one was my positive last month.. the top ones were done an hour before hand so see how quickly it can change!

@Beth804 🤣🤣 oh yeah, upload when you can. Fingers crossed you'll ovulate your second month. My friend didn't ovulate until she was on 150mg of Clomid and fell pregnant with her daughter on her 5th month, so there's hope for everyone ☺️

Hi all, think I've caught up with the thread from the last few days! Seems to have been some good news, and help newbies!

@CharlotteCx I definitely had the flushes with my tablets this month. Then again woke up really hot last night, but I finished taking my tablets on Satursay lunchtime! X

@Chichz I'm feeling like Iv had quite the lucky escape with just hot flushes though as some women have experienced a lot worse so I can't moan lol. Yes I finished my last on Saturday evening to. What cd are you on?x

Also, I'm sure my testosterone was much higher than that (though doc said it was as he would have expected for PCOS) so you're probably ok! One more of mine was elevated but cannot for the life of me remember which one... Everything else was normal apparently, and I had the fulllll works. Don't know what that means for response to medication etc and sometimes I think I prefer it that way!! X

@CharlotteCx Yes me too - just the flushes as far as I can tell! Today is CD10. My DH was getting excited and asking what day I'm meant to ovulate haha - he's getting into it, just as I've decided I'm not going to test or anything this month.

@Chichz I think we've got off lightly ha! Ah okay I'm 1 day behind you, annoying because I'm doing a sleep in at work tonight so can't dtd and got my first flashing smiley on opk today! 🙄 never mind, not stressing over it. Awww that's lovely that your OH is getting into it. My OH never brings the convo up lol, think he's fed up of me going on and on. What cycle of Clomid are you on? I think not testing etc is a really good idea I really wanted to take that approach this month as I feel like you can just go with the flow and have sex when you want too, without just doing it cos your ovulating .. (like me) poor oh. Lol, but I gave in & done an opk!!!

@CharlotteCx Wow that's early in your cycle isn't it? A good sign though; looks like it will work for you again this month then! This is my first month of four but no scans or tests or anything to go alongside it. Guess I'll know if I've ovulated by whether or not I get a period and if not, I'll just start the next cycle. X

Well flashing smiley means high fertility, so if I ovulated on cd 14 or 15 last month - Iv just read online that you can have a flashing face for 4-5 days so if that is right and I get my static in 4-5 days then it'll work out just right.

Have you only been given 4 cycles of Clomid? Yes me neither I don't have tracking, I just have cd21 bloods! I have been trying to request a tracking scan but gynos Secutary never ever answers her phone, and it'd be too late to book one this cycle even if they ok'd it as can wait a week or two for a scan!

@CharlotteCx I remember trying to conceive my son and I had to do overnights at work and so we had to get inventive 😂

@Goingbacktokansascity gotta do what you gotta do lol. I don't have to leave until half 9, OH is at rugby until 8ish so Iv said we'll have a quickie before I leave haha.

@Chichz the nurse said that women's Testosterone should be level 1.7 so mine was only slightly elevated. It must be because I have excess hair on my upper lip & chin that Iv had laser hair removal on now as been waxing for years, and on my belly. It's gross lol, I'm deffo gunna request blood test for AMH as never heard of that one before. I googled the FSH results 7.7 but not getting a clear answer.... is 7.7 normal orrrr?

All of my bloods were normal except AMH which was sky high. Otherwise my BMI is 20, no excess hair, no other symptoms. It’s frustrating

@Goingbacktokansascity yeah that is frustrating, Iv got the typical signs .. excess hair (thank god for laser hair removal!!!) I put on weight so easily too. My BMI is 31, but I'm 5 ft 11. I'm deffo guna request AMH test. I read on google AMH tells you your egg reserve, you know you said that's the reason you don't respond well to meds I'd of thought as you have a high AMH you have a good reserve which is good, or am I completely wrong here? 🙈

Ah I wonder if it was AMH that was high. Wish I'd got a copy of all the results and then this would make more sense!

Does the CD2 bloods involve the AMH? if so, I must of had it done but not had the results. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not sure, I don't get any bloods. My only results are the ones I had done at my initial fertility appointment in May. It's very confusing isn't it! X
