Oh and forgot to post... @mouse1234567 I know you just post from time to time but I thought I would tag you to say you're more than welcome to come back here :) xx

Mrbay · 03/08/2019 08:15

Found you!!

I'll have a read through the AIBU thread in a bit, flicked through but need to absorb it!

I love homemade stuff, wish I could knit and my xstitch skills are a little basic but I love to sew but I've not plucked up the courage to actually make something to wear yet.

Can't give any advice on the next steps/scans so I'll just say I do hope everything goes as it should.

Mrbay · 03/08/2019 08:26

@zest11 - Keith the 2nd I see!! Yep we've been together since we were 17 and married at 20/21. Wish I knew what I know now, then, would have ensured I married someone who like mushrooms!
Ref puppy, I forgot how much work they are!

Oh, if you are bored like I am, search the username of our little troll, looks like the summer hols have started!!

@Mrbay oh my goodness! I am so excited by this name searching. I actually can't believe this place can be so utterly vile when we have all found it such a support. I am very grateful for you ladies.

Puppy is gorgeous! What have you called 'it'?

You could learn to knit. Some of it can be really simple. I do generally quite easy things and then send them to my mum to fix/put together. She is usually annoyed by that but is being helpful right now; I wonder why!!

I couldn't find her but when I put her name into the search it did come up with an AIBU about someone's DH being 8mns late to pick her up from the station and drive her 3mns home to which everyone told her YABVU (work that one out), she should have walked and they felt sorry for her husband. I enjoyed it very much. I can see that I could lose hours here so I'm going to try hard not to.

Off to visit friend with new baby now then will continue with my knitting and nap a bit. I am tres rock n roll!

@Ginandtonic31 I can completely understand why you don’t want to keep going for scans. I hope it’s okay to compare but I wonder if even going for scans frequently would be reassuring or would it just make us want to check more, a bit like checking things and ocd if that makes sense. I don’t know. I just hope that you start to feel better about things soon.

@mrbay 🥰 how beautiful. I love, I love.

@KittyKatSmile I’ve just had a mumsnet and their name google - there’s a username trying to get rid of her 😂.

Zest11 · 04/08/2019 22:01

@Mrbay omg how can some people not like mushrooms?!! :o Your puppy is soooo cute! And I also searched our stalker and just found a load of deleted posts. Must be unpleasant!

Hope you all had a lovely weekend and have a lovely week ahead!

KittyKatSmile · 04/08/2019 23:05

@Zest11 @Mrbay I don't massively like mushrooms; I think they taste a bit like, erm, baby gravy. My friends (mainly gay men) all know of this aversion to the taste so think the fact I'm doing this alone is hilarious and definitely linked.

Will leave you all with that thought Grin

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't caught up so don't know how everyone is. I will have a read when I find the strength. I lost track of the last thread but I'm glad I saw you pop up on AIBU!
Well my heart is breaking and I hate typing this but I went to EPU with bleeding and cramps on Thursday and they couldn't find a heartbeat. Never been pregnant before and had no idea how bad the physical pain is along with the emotional pain. I really hope you're all doing better than I am right now. I honestly think it would have been easier if the cycle just hadn't worked, this seems too cruel 💔

Hi everyone, sorry I'm not caught up with where everyone is, I'll read later. I had to go to EPU on Thursday and they couldn't find a heartbeat. I honestly wish the cycle hadn't worked, it would be less cruel than this. Never been pregnant before and I had no idea the physical pain would be as bad as it is.

Weenumpty · 05/08/2019 12:56

Ffs couldn't post anything earlier but I see now it's posted a hundred times. Sorry

Zest11 · 05/08/2019 13:05

@Weenumpty I am so so sorry to hear of your update. Life is indeed so very very cruel. Please take this time for yourself and let your emotions out and grieve. This is truly awful and sadly only time will help with your broken heart. I don't know too much about miscarriages but are they able to find out what went wrong and is it something that can be changed if later on, you do decide to have another round? I really hope you feel better, physcially as well as emotionally and that you have people around you. Always feel you can come on here, we are not all success stories either. Sending you so much love Flowers

Mrbay · 05/08/2019 13:25

@Weenumpty - i am so very sorry to read this, we are here for you when/if you want to talk. Big hugs

@Cauliflower82a, @KittyKatSmile and @zest11 - thank you! however she is turning into a little terror at the moment - shes terrorising the cats and my other dog!

@kittykatsmiles - do you think? I really HATE the man's 'gift' smells like BO and has the texture of snot!

KittyKatSmile · 05/08/2019 14:41

@Weenumpty I am so sorry to hear this. I know some of what you're going through and I'm always here if you want to talk or ask anything. Take time to grieve and be kind to yourself. Lots of love x

@Weenumpty I’m so so sorry to read this. This is devastating news. I really don’t know what to say but I just wanted to say something. How cruel. You poor thing. Look after yourself xx

Ginandtonic31 · 05/08/2019 17:47

That's very sad to read @Weenumpty and I can't imagine how you must feel. Had you had a scan already before that? I hope you are getting lots of support that you need.

Weenumpty · 05/08/2019 18:40

Thanks everyone, still kind of surreal, and I'm just hiding away from life at the minute. Partner is being lovely and looking after me. I was 10+6 and we saw the heartbeat at 7week scan

AliciaWhiskers · 06/08/2019 14:44

@Weenumpty so sorry to read your update. Sending gentle hugs, how devastating :(

Zest11 · 06/08/2019 19:00

@Weenumpty oh you poor poor thing, I am glad you have the support of your partner right now.

@KittyKatSmile May I ask you a question as you are the master (Keith) of all knowledge. Do you know anything about thyroid levels? I dug out some old blood test results and realised mine are at the higher end of "normal" and way above what is apparently optimum for fertility. With the cocktail of drugs you are on, do you know anything about this? I posted on the main forum, but as yet, nobody has replied...

AliciaWhiskers · 06/08/2019 19:08

@zest11 what were your results? I’m on thyroid meds, will help if I can

KittyKatSmile · 06/08/2019 19:15

@Zest11 yes my love. Old Keith can indeed help you. Thyroid drugs are some of the ones I'm on. There is a normal range and then a normal for TTC range (of course there is). The good news is that it's fairly easy to bring it down with drugs. I found out a week or so before down regging and my clinic were very relaxed about it all and just got me to retake the test a few weeks later but no suggestion at all that I wouldn't be able to go ahead.

From memory 2.5 when TTC although 4.2 is normal normal.
