After 5 years of secondary infertility we are at the start of our first IVF cycle. Nervous and a little bit excited at the same time. Will start buserlin this evening. Anyone else due to start?

Hey guys - how are you doing? My hormones have settled down again and I'm feeling a bit more level headed. Hopefully yours are all raging and you're successfully cooking up those lovely embryos. How long until you can test? Hope you have lots of distractions on hand.

Sorry lemonade - your post didn't appear until I'd posted mine! Silly app. I wasn't just ignoring you I promise. We're the same about not taking about it. We've neatly managed to avoid the issue all week in fact. Although it's quite nice to pretend its not happening for a while.....

Glad your feeling ok and your hormones have settled down, and hope you're keeping yourself busy with work!

Everything is good here, so far I've managed to keep myself distracted with other things work etc. I don't feel pregnant at all, but hopefully it's too soon for symptoms! Test date is the 21st thinking about it makes me feel sick.

When's your test date Tilly?

Evening to you both.

Work was a welcome distraction today but hasn't stopped me googling! I have crampy pains a bit but really low down in my foof almost. Not sure if it's just the progesterone playing games or if it is a sign af is imminent. I hate waiting. Otd is Wednesday but I'm not sure if I can do it. Ignorance is bliss and all that. On wed I'll be 9dp5dt so should have a result by then I'd think?

Morning! Yes def going crazy in the last couple of days. Have had a bit of cramping and am on constant knicker watch. Wish wed would just hurry the f up! Busy weekend planned so hopefully will go quick.

Hi Guys! Yep going crazy with the waiting here too. My test date isn't till Thursday which seems ages away but I almost want time to stand still as at least now I can hold on to the hope of being pregnant.

I've had cramping the past two days too, seems to have passed now, no other symptoms really.

Hope you're both having a good weekend I'm working all weekend just to keep my mind occupied!

Lemonade - you can definitely test before Thursday - that's nuts! My test date would have been today or tomorrow I think (I remember it being the weekend) and my transfer would have been two days before yours. Tuesday would definitely be long enough. I know if it was me I'd have been peeing on sticks all week, even though I know the trigger would still have been in my system for the first bit. I'm kind of addicted..... I hope those cramps are little people burrowing in. Fingers are still tightly crossed for you both. Did you get any in the freezer in the end lemonade? x

Yes, to wait until Thursday does seem crazy doesn't it! But my OH isn't home from his work trip until Wednesday so I think I won't test till then at the earliest. I want to know that when I test that's defiantly the correct result otherwise I'll drive myself insane with is it too early or if it's positive is it still the trigger shot blah blah blah. To be honest I don't know how I'll pluck up the courage to do it, it makes my heart race when I think about doing the test!

Yes, in the end we got 3 in the freezer was hoping for a few more but I'm l pleased that we have options for siblings!

Oh my days, this is sheer torture. I'm too afraid to pee in case I see spotting but am drinking loads to dry and keep hydrated. Trying to keep busy. Hope you are both well x

Oh Tilly - you don't sound very hopeful? Symptom spotting is such a horrible game - so easy to imagine one way or another. Are you testing in the morning? I really hope it's good news. x

Tested this morning and last night and I got a BFP! I'm so excited but also in shock and worried about it going wrong- anyway I'm going to let my self be happy and not worry today!

I'm not doing too good in all honesty, totally devastated. I need to call the clinic and do a follow up but I just can't face it yet. Hopefully I'll feel a bit stronger soon and it will be fine. Xxx
