mein kampf is a load of rambling nonsense. the reason very few people have read it is because he was a deranged man i doubt there are many that feel the need to waste a couple of days trying to know what went on inside his utterly absurd mind.

Well, gigantur summed it up quite nicely for me. There is little to discuss, although my take on it is that it is rambling, self-important and incredibly contradictory. As with any literature, it is well open to interpretation, and many of the God references show that "God's" actions have apparently been widely interpreted by Hitler to suit his own purpose, ignoring the irony in his actions against his words.

But that's repeated through history ad infinitum with religion and how people interpret it for their own agenda, for eg the Bible, the Qur'an etc.

The point here is that a) Frankie Boyle is an attention seeking twat, so was Hitler, and many others who either belittle things such as physical features, or indeed claim intelligence as a way to try and exert superiority over others.

b) BNP has no place in the democracy we are fortunate to live in

c) Fio has a new sofa

I was interested in MK because of the link between religion (and in particular because he was brought up a catholic) and politics....what drove Hitler to become the man he became?

I found it fascinating, and I think it's a book everyone should read.

Re; The BNP....of course they have a place in the politics of this country, NG is the only person who will stand up and say he doesn't want anymore immigrants in the UK...he speaks for me...I want him in parliament....
