Is anyone going to watch this man give evidence today?

Apparently there is a vigil in Barnard Castle ahead of this.

The shopping trolleys emoji seems to mean they think Carrie was controlling Boris from the last few days. Wonder if this will feature.

It doesn't sound like Johnson was ever in control of anything, apart from his dodgy friendships with oligarchs maybe, so it's highly likely she was.

The comments about the elderly 'accepting their fate' were brutal to read/hear just now.

We could all see Johnson's attitude but the proof is still shocking.

I am not sure.

It suggests that Boris Johnson really was being pushed in the direction chosen by whoever was closest to him at the time.
This is reinforced by the emoji posted by Lee Cain at the end of the exchange - a shopping trolley.

Cummings has already explained in his tweets that Boris Johnson is the shopping trolley as he lurches randomly across the aisles with no sense of direction.
