It appears she was trying to pretend the youngest father was someone else. She gave the child the surname of another boyfriend. Not the father.

Theres been women posting on mumsnet who are passing a child off as someone elses, because it's more convenient. One of them put him on the birth certificate, let him be the main carer and then wanted to remove off the birth certificate years later when they split. No worries for the impact on the child to lose that relationship with their father.

Because at the moment, you have a shockingly abusive and neglectful mother, who denied the father PR to the second child. Moved away and did what she could to stop him seeing the kids. Now usually, you may say she must have good reason. But given she is so evil, she could I'll her own children. Its not beyond the realms of possibility, that she was the problem. Not s man who could be arsed.

I find it unbelievable that she murdered them at different times. So it wasn't even a 'moment of madness' where she just lost it. When I first saw this story I assumed she killed them together.

She had already murdered one of her children, had a child dead, knew how that felt, and then still did it again. It's just unimaginable.

The threshold for removing children from abusive parents is so high, that even after the older daughter had died from 'obstructed airways', the younger daughter was left with the mother.

I don't understand her googling history and I don't understand why she took the oldest to hospital unconscious on the second of three attempts to kill her rather than seeing things through. Why was she googling about resuscitation? Obviously only she knows but I have a horrible feeling that she could have been enjoying it in some way. Just the most awful thing.

I agree with all the posters talking about the dad. Where the hell was ‘dad of the year’. If he cared about them that much he’d have been beating down her door (possibly with the Police in tow) demanding she hand over the girls. Instead he’d never met one of them.

I hope she gets what’s coming to her in prison.
