How can you describe a pg woman as letting herself go!

I always lose loads of weight when pg as I'm so sick I can't each anything. But I have a friend who's normally a size 8-10 but during pg she puts on about 4stone (she's had 3 and lost it afterwards each time) She literally has to eat carbs all day to stop being sick so carries biccies everywhere and eats them constantly.

It's no fun finding out your man has kissed another woman at any time,let alone when
you're heavily pregnant.

imo her neediness means she over compensates and so is too loud and not particularly funny (if she swears one more time as a shock tactic i think i'll strangle her!...nobody's shocked) and he's a total narcissist!
