Just breaking news now, how awful, I wonder how on Earth it's happening?

@IrmaFayLear in my earlier post I didn't mean to imply that you were either correct or incorrect about the degradation time for Novichok. I simply meant that no-one seems to have the answers.

My (confused) understanding @RafaIsTheKingOfClay is that different formulations of Novichok do react and degrade differently. I really bloody hope that every recent incidence is as a result of the same batch.

Oh no! Hope he's not too unwell – with any luck they're very alert for symptoms now they know it's another Novichok scenario.

Do we know how the Amesbury couple are doing now? I feel like the press would be showing more concern for them if it wasn’t for their backgrounds

Press couldn't report on treatment, it's violating medical confidentiality. It must be helping in narrowing down where any active nerve agents are though.

Police officer now given the all clear, thank goodness.

It's good that they're being so vigilant.

It took 4 days (apparently) before they realised it was Novichok. That's a long time for your body to be fighting without the right medicine/help.

I hope Charlie pulls through, and can tell us what he touched and where, and then we might stand a chance of finding more pieces to this puzzle. And moreover, to make sure no one else can touch it.

The press have changed their tune - at first they were yapping on at her being homeless and 'haha she's gaunt and was off buying her alcohol and going through bins'. It was awful.

Now they're backtracking furiously and saying 'mother has died'. I hate the press sometimes, she's a person with loved ones, she wasn't out commiting offences to hurt people as far as I know.
