Wips I suspect that the vast vast vast majority of women who decide to terminate when they discover that they are carrying a child with (a high risk of) Down's Syndrome, do not agree that all women who are pregnant with a high risk of Down's Syndrome should be forced to undergo terminations.

He is saying children with Down's syndrome are unacceptable and not wanted in society. A burden.Why do you think women terminate? They don't want a child "like that". Yes they had a choice but they still ultimately don't want a child with Downs.

What about the significant minority that don't terminate ? Should they be force to ? Your point is not relevant.

And? That does not mean they want to force the other 6% to terminate against their wishes.
