She has more mad ideas than any woman I have ever known.

Paula Radcliffe Shock

dont get me started on her

Nightynight · 27/03/2006 19:36

start, start Enid...what has the poor woman ever done wrong, (apart from wearing horrible running clothes that show her navel, of course, but I doubt she would have won if she'd been dressed like a chicken)

Kathy1972 · 27/03/2006 19:37

Grin at Paula Radcliffe dressed like chicken

spidermama · 27/03/2006 20:13

My God is this still going?

Are you sure so many of you saw Goody Mills Macca with the devil?

monkeytrousers · 27/03/2006 20:33

LOL Spidey! I just so happens that I've found this quote from the divvil himself in my archive, "HMM couldn't care less whether people think she as Stella like each other (they don't by the way), but by God she cared when the Sunday Mirror ran an incorrect story about her landmine charity. Because it led to sponsors dumping her, money not getting to war zones and, well, children dying who wouldn't otherwise have.

You might think Heather is a hard, shameless, publicity mad gold digger who nabbed Macca without permission. But I found her smart, direct, quite a laugh when she lightens up a bit - and understandably pretty pissed off when someone smears her charity"

The headline is "Tabloid editor: 'I was wrong' by Piers Morgan

Enid · 27/03/2006 20:35

Oh piers!

it must be true then

noddyholder · 27/03/2006 20:39

Being blonde and marrying someone rich is not a crime!

Rhubarb · 27/03/2006 20:40

Sorry, did someone say they could milk a mouse??

bubble99 · 27/03/2006 20:40

Sorry, you're not convincing me, MT. Grin

Blandmum · 27/03/2006 20:41

Rhubarb, yes you can , but you need a very small stool! And you can make very squeeky cheese out of it Grin

Rhubarb · 27/03/2006 20:43

Yes but if you milk it for mass production, will this not give it mastitis (or mousetitis!) and is it cruel on the mouse?

Blandmum · 27/03/2006 20:44

No, Heather Mills is quite right highlighting the fact that milk isn't good for humans.

Do you think it's normal for us to drink another animals milk ? Do you think it might be worth investigating her facts ?

I think it's just great that she can use her voice - not that keen on her, but do respect her & her voice.

BTW this "The other thing to remember is that small children need fats. Full fat milk products are a good way to get those into them. " is nonsense - where on earth does this stuff come from ??

Enid · 27/03/2006 21:03

milk IS good for most humans

dont be daft

are you another food fearer?

mojomummy · 27/03/2006 21:06

No, I'm a qualified nutritionist - what about you ?!

Enid · 27/03/2006 21:07

intelligent sane mother type person

mojomummy · 27/03/2006 21:07

OOps, sorry - could you tell me what's good about it ? Obviously don't want a cut & paste of something from the Milk Advisory or Dairy Council.

Enid · 27/03/2006 21:08

are you gillian mackeith Shock

mojomummy · 27/03/2006 21:08

No, I don't think she's qualified Grin

Enid · 27/03/2006 21:09

er

its full of calcium
cheap and easy to buy
it tastes good
and most people have absolutely no unwanted effects from it at all, ever

bubble99 · 27/03/2006 21:11

A few years ago PETA targeted teenage school children (who are at a crucial stage of bone growth and development) with leaflets claiming that 'milk makes you spotty'. This was a campaign that Macca fronted. They were then slammed by the Advertising Standards Agency and told to withdraw this literarure. I smell PETA behind this latest assault on dairy products and that worries me as I don't think they are remotely concerned about potential risks to human health at all.
