Yes - Slatterns (now Slatterns and Listmakers) is now a year old.

Come and join us if you're a slattern, or simply like making lists for jobs you want to get done each day/week/month.

Never thought 12 months ago that a thread I started to help me get the bare minimum done at home when I was feeling shite would still be going strong 12 months later - even with me frequently AWOL in recent months.

Everyone is welcome, we're a friendly bunch.

Where did you get your nativity from? The only one I've seen I liked was £100+ which I felt was a little excessive!!!!

No list really, have been at my Grandma's (with no internet access) so just unpacking and doing a bit of tidying.

I have been up since 3am Interview today. Waiting until its a reasonable time to start cleaning - its the only thing that helps my stress just now - odd as usually I hate it!

Nightmare Giraffes!!! (mind you, your house will be sparkling by then! )

Slattern confession; out ironing board cupboard has been whiffy for a while, got a new board cover sorted out, but no still smelly. then as i actually took the hoover out (same cupboard) cos of the decoration mess, i saw the spare booster seat with furry straps.....

Have soaked it boiling water and given it a good scrub so hope the cupboard stops smelling now! (the only thing left in there is the feather duster!) Though thinking about it, i may have to actually clean the cupboard too....

JKS - Ewwww. Good job you found it. I can recommend adding a couple of drops of lavender oil to get rid of whifs.

Afternoon! DH was a bit late being collected, and then we went straight out after lunch, so I've only just got onto the laptop.
