welcome dream team. this week we are in the bathroom & 1 other room. check this thread daily for a job to do. most of us have unsubscribed from the emails.

Can I just say....eeewwww to Kelly cleaning the scum off her bath while she's in it!!!!!!

I have to go to the toddler group today...they are allocating tasks for the christmas party I think.
I have dragged along a friend this week as I was the only one who didn't speak welsh last week and I think only one person spoke to me the whole 1 1/2 hours I was there!(I only actually go to get the kids out the house...and let them meet other children)

Anyway.... see you all in a bit

Morning all. I've cleaned the downstairs loo, basin & floor. clear worktops in kitchen & wiped down. Shined sink, and washed bottle & bowl ready for sterilising in micro. Folded clothes which had been on dryer (clothers horse0 over night) put in ironing basket for tonights ironing session. One further load on washing on.Heading out soon as madamepeepee peardrop has her final immunisation injection today. Depending on how she is following will depend on how far I get today.

I've been slacking lately, and ds didn't sleep last night (so neither did I). Big girls are at school , baby is asleep, and I've had a shower, so I feel tired but a bit better.

I'm going to wash up tidy and mop in the kitchen and come back and report.

Where is everyone?

I've cleaned, washed up and mopped in the kitchen, and tidied the sitting room.

Yesterdays washing is on the line being rained on. Going to have to bring it in and tumble dry before I run out of nappies.

Hi Jelley i'm here, just about haven't been to bed and am totaly spaced out with it.Been out doing a few errands in town whilst dp watched girls.Just made their lunch and now need to have a think what to do with rest of day,i fear if i sit down i'll fall asleep and tiddlepeeps will wreck the house.How old are your children Jelley?
(mine 2.5 and 3.10).

dds are 6 and 7
ds is almost 9 months.

No sleep here last night, either, but he is getting a cold so I guess that was why. He's asleep in my arms now...

oh, mission done Clean my bath everyday as pasrt of swish and swipe, so im done Everything else is pretty much done aswell... hoovering, kitchen.. they are the main jobs. Welcome all newcomers!

I'm back...not yet done anything to note...will get stuck in now....

First mission is to light a fire!!!! Is chuffin freezing!
(this will probably take the rest of the afternoon as I don't have any lighters left )

Aww Jelley bet the girls love having a baby in the house at their ages..
to you Ludaloo with your real fire.We have chimneys throughout the house but all blocked up ,i intend to unblock them some time in future.I bet it looks lovely at christmas btw is coal expensive?Surely it can't be as much as British Gas with their constantly inflating prices!
Hi Q keep up the good work ,i try and do my swish and swipe every morning too it makes it so easy to keep clean doesn't it?

All ive done today is take DD1 to pre-school and tidy front room while she was there then pick her up!
Need to put some clothes away today.

oooh Squatchette. i've just worked out you have a 15 month gap between yours. That's the same as between my dds. It only took 5 years for me to be ready to cope with another one after dd2.
I've got tonights dinner done, and ds is asleep on my lap again. Hes definitely not well.
I don't get this many cuddles usually.

yep, alot easier to clean... takes 5 minutes after my shower, and it looks great most the time I left it a few days, a few days ago, and you wouldnt beleive how messy it all got!

To unblock a chimney, all you have to do is rip out the fireplace, and get it swept. We did ours in our old house, and it was soooooooooo cheap and soooooooooo warm. We didnt need the radiators on as much. Just used newspaper, little blocks of wood, coals then topped with a log... that would last all evening.

I think it's 17 months Jelley but maths isn't my stong point.I think i'll probably want another when they're a little older.I think if i go back to work then i'd like to be back a few years before i had another.{{PUZZLED HOW OLD WILL I BE EMOTICON}}[HMM]27 now sooo if youngest was at school then i'd be going back to work at about 30 which gives me a few years of fertility left.
Dp would certainly like more particularly a son.He is one of 17 though (not joking here btw).

Squat....It costs about £20 a week in coal....we have a Parkray...its a fire with a door on...you can leave to door open for an open fire effect...or shut it and let it heat the radiators and the water.

It lighting the damned thing I'm not very good at!!!!!!

14 months between DD1 and DD2! They play so nicely together now they are 3 and 2.
Im watching Neighbours then i really should do something.
What i really want is a big bar of chocolate. Shame there isn't any in the house!

I was just short of 30 when I had my first, so you've got plenty of time to leave a gap and still have a few more!

WTF sorry for dodgy post.
Q i didn't realise it was that simple thanks i'm all excited now.Don't be suprised if i post- 'ripped out fire, caused major gas leak and house has exploded' some time in near future though.

pants, yes, get a gas man to do it.... we had our gas tapped off a few months before we ripped it out, because the fire didnt work!
