New thread for a new zone, morning all

lets all do profiles

I have been married 6 years, I have 2 dd's, one is 6 and the other is 16 months and a dd or ds on the way!
I have always been domestically challenged and I think Flylady has the answer.
I have known about flylady for about 2 years but never really got going, I hope that doing it together will change that.
Good Luck to all on a fresh zone

I think my task should be phoning housing repairs because they were suppose to put floor tiles down when we moved in nearly 2 years ago and despite being told 3 times since then,no-one has been to do it so bathroom floor is concrete with some coating on it i think!
Pleasee remind me daily to phone.Thank you

Forgot to say great timer wings.

My speakers are off so don't know about any noises.

tortoise · 15/08/2006 09:13

Dishwasher emptied now.Girls love helping me so it gets done super fast.

Quootiepie · 15/08/2006 09:17

Morning all. Nice Timer! Anyone know todays mission?

tortoise · 15/08/2006 09:20

Todays mission is use some all purpose cleaner and shine your counter tops and shine our bathroom sinks! Clear everything off the counter top(not sure what we class as counter top?) and wipe them from side to side and top to bottom. Then scrub your sink, then use window cleaner to make the sink shine. (btw this was not copy and pasted!)

shazronnie · 15/08/2006 09:23

i'm up properly now, wearing shoes and clothes I laid out last night!!!!!!!!

Have to start the kids rooms today, as i got carried away and finished the bathroom!

Glad you like the timer!

Quootiepie · 15/08/2006 09:28

ok, sink and the surface top things... goddit.

LemonTart · 15/08/2006 09:34

Quick question. Is it me or do others feel like this?
I love flylady and totally agree with her programme.
But....
I feel like I can only do it when my house starts really tidy or I flap and flit and get distracted by the mess elsewhere, feel I can?t clean out a cupboard fully knowing that I can?t even walk across my DD?s bedroom floor without breaking my neck. I find it really hard to build up gradually and stay with it. I think I must be the cleaning equivalent to a crash dieter - constant crash and burn

Quootiepie · 15/08/2006 09:35

i know what you mean Lemon, but dont do everything! or maybe do a crisis clean (see website ) then start doing the babysteps?
