New thread for a new zone, morning all

lets all do profiles

I have been married 6 years, I have 2 dd's, one is 6 and the other is 16 months and a dd or ds on the way!
I have always been domestically challenged and I think Flylady has the answer.
I have known about flylady for about 2 years but never really got going, I hope that doing it together will change that.
Good Luck to all on a fresh zone

Can I join in?
I'd love a clen, tidy home... one where I don't always feel the need to make excuses if anyone pops over unexpected.
I'm 34, been married 8 years with 2 dds, aged 6 and 8 months. And I'm in Kent. With a lovely shiny sink at the moment. Not done anything else - yet.

Yes you need yahoo e-mail address for it.
I get a message pop up to say when i recieve a message otherwise i'd forget to look.I Only got it for freecycle a while ago.

Wow! how many messages so far! I suggest that we keep our thread tidy by starting a new thread every morning!

Ok, results of the day:

I have clean the bathroom's two cabinets, all products are now sorted by member of the family, things for trips, medicines, and cleaning products all well ordered and well away of DS's reach.

Have spent some time de scaling the taps and the shower screen with the help of a toothbrush (wonderful thing!!!), have also given a good clean to the toilet and even binned a plant [ because the poor thing had managed to survive for 4 years out of bathroom steam but finally gave up when somebody left some balloons covering its pot completely, snif*]

Obviously, it has taken me far more than 15 minutes so... I totally refuse to go down and take things out of the washer. I'm tired and there are already many things hang out to dry through out the house.

Guess I will just tidy up my desk a tiny bit and I'm off to sleep.

you know, the way some of you are going on i thought you were all seasoned fly lady pros!!! i didn't realise you were only on day 9 when i read back over the thread! well done!

my dishes were done in time for big brother, i fed ds while he was sleeping so he wouldnt wake an inturrupt me while i was watching it (he usually wakes a few times a night still) and he's still sleeping now, giving me a chance to catch up on here!

Ive taken the shelf off the fire place and painted it! I have decided it can be put up in the boys room.Its amazing the difference its made just by taking it down.

Depends what time FLY ladys web site updates to the next day.Its on today at mo.
I ran out of cillit bang so i can't clean the bath.

No bathroom cleaner of any sort.
Need to go to town again Its around a 2 mile trip and i dd1 has suddenly started disliking walking !

Well impressed with your tidy Tortoise.

I have got LOADS of cleaning products but haven't used them for YEARS so probably all a bit rank!!

Task for tomorrow...my guess....clean the bath and toilet.

Can't actually think of much else!!
There's nearly a whole week to go too....how big are these bathrooms??!!!

Ah but its bathrooms and another room.
My room will take some tidying.Its the smallest bedroom but has all the junk pilled in it!(not sure about photographing my bedroom!)

Oh yes.....I was trying to forget the pile-up of the 'other room'!!!

Actually did a 15 min blast in there this morning and anoither 5 mins this afternoon so.....we'll get there eventually!!!!!

I love your photos...you are very brave putting the befores on...each time you've done really well and excelling in your newly painted bathroom I would say.
