On there you'll see you can 'remove' the thread from your watch list or 'bump & reset' it which then only shows the last post on that thread instead of all the posts since you last posted/reset. Clear? as mud :)

Anyone out there, or your children, suffer from mouth ulcers? My DD has such a sorry time and is really suffering right now. She can hardly eat and even can hardly talk. Her teacher was so sweet this morning - said she knew someone who had used Aloe Toothpaste and that helped... I must investigate suitable remedies, or even better, preventative measures. Poor sausage, it really gets her down..

If you have any tips, they would be most gratefully received.

Anon - it can be a sign of vitamin B deficiency. It may not be that, but it's a possible background cause. So eggs, brown rice, leafy greens, red meat - marmite if she likes it!

She is knackered, for sure, unfortunately the ulcers are rather regular. She got very tearful at school a couple of days ago (very out of character).

The PIL's are babysitting for us tonight, which usually means DC stay up (against my wishes!) but tonight I will have to put my foot down and just insist that it's 7.30 lights out and no mucking around. She needs the rest.

Not much time to list today, started life-drawing and shopping and prep bedrooms for DD2 visit. Then DH home, me running around trying to find bits of paper, change beds, cook and do emails all at once.
