The Shred is hard, but because it's 20 mins, I can do it. I'm not jumping the cardio (do I go to hell for defying Gillian?) as the sports bra I have is too small and my knees and ankels don't feel up to it yet.

One of my very good friends from Manc has just fb'd me. I asked her why she'd changed her name on her profile.

Turns out her DH beat her to a pulp the other night, smashing her nose into her face. She's got to have reconstructive surgery on Thursday.

He's admitted ABH and is at Manchester Crown court 12th July. She has a restraining order in place but is palnning to move out whith her four children because she's terrified he'll be back.

She said there was blood everywhere but luckily, the children were at the Gma's so didn't whitness the attack.

SAF, I have been having lean grilled steak, yum.
I hve just had my Dukan galette (o get me) with squidge of lemon, 0% Total and a few jumbo prawns. Fab, could eat that everyday.
The jumbo prawns are more meatier as well so feel less rich I am finding.

Lots of water as well, iced to shock the metabolism (as per Trill's suggestion).
