SAF - well done! Before i had DD i used to be able to lose 7lbs in a week just from cutting out the crap i would eat on a daily basis, but being in a job that would burn off 3 healthy meals worth of cals easily in a day. Not particularly good to yoyo though, i hope yours is easier to stick to.

DS got to school OK but I haven't even had a shower yet.

Well done SAF, this diet seems to really suit you. I am still not sure, though yesterday felt better on it. I am not having so much smoked salmon as for one it was making me feel sick due to being so rich and oily (who knew I could ever get sick of smoked salmon) and also I can't bloody afford to keep eating a pack a day
