I've not been avoiding you ladies all this time, I've been away on holiday. And actually, thinking yes I have been avoiding you a bit. Went to Franbce for the hols, and I pretty much knew I was gonna smoke. I'd promised myself that if I webt the whole first week without, then I could smoke on holiday. Blah blah blah.

I just don't think I'm in a quitting place at the moment. But I know that once the French fags run out I'm gonna have an awful lot of trouble persuading dh to let me buy any more, so maybe I should just force myself to be in a quitting place. Could that work????

Evansmummy, for what it's worth, I think preparing to quit is a valid and worthwhile activity.
