have hardly run over the summer hols almost40, really want to, but even tho kids are back at school now my dh is doing v v late nights at work.... ahhh, excuses... running helped massively in initial fag quitting stages tho, did you find that?

In 4 weeks my dd starts full days at school so will be able to go for the odd purple faced pelt when I've dropped off kids and before I start work...

I know people always say this but I do think exercise helps the cravings and moods and all that.

Hello folks, Ive been layed up in bed spewing Im ok now and am taking the kids to the park for a much needed run about.
I would love to come to the meetup DIT except for the fact we are completely skint, as in not a penny. Have bashed the CC for a mere 30 quid and I hope the bill comes in after ive been paid or weve had it. Also dp is being made redundant soon so that will make us...........eeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr very pooor, if you can get poorer.Rah. Not fair.

DP is an office bod/lorry driver/forkliftdriver/gopher ATM.
Its sort of good that hes being made redundant. We would be better off in a strange sense if he gets a less hours/less paid job as he was working 7-7 and we were having 0 cash spare after normal bills and shopping. If he gets a crappy job with crappy wages we will get tax credits. We get 3 quid a week ATM

Oh and he might get to see the kids too.
