Yank, did you ever get some shoes to go with that beautiful dress?

bellavita · 13/05/2010 21:32

Shiney, those things are lovely .. we will have to go into John Lewis when we go shopping and you can be my advisor on makeup!

Poor DD Mitts

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 13/05/2010 21:33

Sorry, Mitts I missed your post on DD.

Hope she gets better soon.

TotalChaos · 13/05/2010 21:33

nah For Stately, surely you could find something even cheaper at Poundland? £2 on candles is really a bit profligate, you can get about 50 tealights for £2 at ikea!

TotalChaos · 13/05/2010 21:34

Mitts -sorry your DD has the pox, hope it does't bother her too much

DEM - glad to have been helpful x

YanknCock · 13/05/2010 21:48

Bitter, yes, I got some white ones very much like the ones Sazz found (t-bar), but they were only £7! I haven't tried them with the dress, should really do that now just to make sure they work.

Lizzylou · 13/05/2010 21:49

Oh Mitts, poor DD, hope she is OK, so itchy and uncomfy the pox.

Bella, the John Lewis in Manchester is waaay out of town (in cheshire, I think), there are Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and Kendalls (House of Fraser) so you will be spoilt for choice.
I will give you a map/directions closer to the time!
Actually the Boots in Manchester is huge and has some great stuff, not like my local one which is just wart cream and nappies.

Just had a great conversation with my Mom re: Politics and the new government. She reckons I will end up as fascist as her as I get older.

So that is something to look forward to.

Fleecy · 13/05/2010 21:55

Have just checked food focus and I had put in a snack I never ended up eating - have had 655 calories today

Am now eating banana chopped up in yogurt and will then start on digestives and cheese so make up the calories. Thought I was feeling hungry.

Mitts, so sorry to hear your DD is unwell. It's doing the rounds at the moment apparently - boo!

Wart cream and nappies Lizzy - you must live in a very strange area

£7 shoes sounds like a winner. I do love a bargain.

DidEinsteinsMum · 13/05/2010 21:56

Mitts - we found the aqueous calamine better then that calamine lotion. but that would be because calamine lotion is milk based. Hope she feels better soon.

SHiney - glad to see you are enjoying yourself

Shit - just realised cant spell innocently, bugger it loses part of the effect. oh well, that's what happens when your mind is else where.

Fleecy
How have you gone through the day on so little food???
YOu won't be so beautiful if you are all malnourished and sunken you know.

Bella, you are beautiful, deal with it.

Mycat, that is so funny that your DH is flaked out with exhaustion! DH is always knackered on a Saturday when I am at work, makes me larrrrf. I do still make sure he makes the dinner like I always do though.

bellavita · 13/05/2010 22:00

Thanks for that Lizzy

Nah, DEM, you stay as you are, it works and I love glitter.

Bella I can be qute formidable when I want to be, and when we meet you will see that I could prob fit you in my pocket, I am sooo much bigger than you. So I win, cos I am a big bird.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 13/05/2010 22:11

Anyone still up?

Fleecy · 13/05/2010 22:12

Don't worry Lizzy. I don't know if it's a myth that your body holds on to fat if you eat too little but am packing food away now just in case!

I had tiny bowl of porridge with 1% fat milk, did a bit of work, had a little nap, had 2 rice cakes, took DS to his health visitor 2yr check-up thing, had some tomato and cucmber on my return, got bogged down in work, had lean turkey with veg for dinner.

Tomorrow I will consume lots more as my lovely SIL is coming over and we will all partake in a glass of wine. Or two...

Fleecy · 13/05/2010 22:13

Oh, I love glitter too. Can't go wrong with a bit of sparkle. Speaking of which, sorry if I've missed soemthing but what is sparklejizz? I thought it was a poster's name

Hi Bitter!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 13/05/2010 22:15

Hello!

Don't have anything interesting to say, I'm afraid.

DidEinsteinsMum · 13/05/2010 22:16

we're still up, bitter

Lizzy - if you could see what has been going on in my brain you would need to sit down, it is truely censorable

must admit did smirk at mits' cock shaped lemon drizzle cake. pure genius that one

OP posts:
bellavita · 13/05/2010 22:17

vampires sperm

Have made some buttercream tonight in readiness for my dad's cake that I will be doing tomorrow night. Why is it sooo bloody delish

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 13/05/2010 22:18

Except, I think I have scared off Saf, and Yay! for £7 shoes.

I think it's habit from when I get in from work late and you have all gone to bed.

I assume everyone is gone by the time I post.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 13/05/2010 22:19

Fleecy - that realy doesn't sound alot.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 13/05/2010 22:20
