Fluffy, glad you're OK now, I think the ombo of those pills and hormones tipped you over there, so no more pills, OK? Glad it's all sorted.

DEM, that is fab that progress is being made and that the school have started to listen to you, you know your DS best after all.

Shiney, glad you're happy, you do deserve it you old softie.

Bitter/SAF, so was it a good meet up? Spill!

Reality, 10 weeks is aaages, so very exciting though, I do LOVE a good wedding. ou two will make a ridiculously good looking couple in the pics, we will get to see them, won't we???

Just been to the gym and done rowing, summit climber and then fat wobbling. Am now drinking gin.

DidEinsteinsMum · 13/05/2010 19:49

wouldnt reckonment you get too excited. am not holding breathe for progress atm. it is small steps. I have my brain firmly else where and not thinking about it.

jetcat · 13/05/2010 19:50

DEM, i have been uber good with diet logging today on ff, but the best thing

(well, i think it is the best but now i am worried that you will shout at me re the shin splints....)

i have just done my best ever run on the treadmill Not as long as some of you guys go running, but my best by a long way, and i am suitably chuffed and knackered

bellavita · 13/05/2010 19:50

Lizzy at your gym!

jetcat · 13/05/2010 19:52

sorry, my manners - yes, well done lizzy

Yank, how are you now, how is the ear? And little one??

So glad you got flowers Yank.. so well deserved.. and how lovely of the much missed BoF

Can recommend some stuff for Mood stuff that shouldn't interact with prescribed meds if you think it might help Fluffy one. Sorry you are not having it easy...

Ach reality, it will all be fine, you make a lovely couple (have done some FB stalking) just go with the flow and remember it is your and your lovely DP and DC's day more than anything.

I just love the random sex advice that pops up on this thread.. Yank's Circumcision advice in the middle of a round up ........ like BoF's classic that swallowing was practically housework as it saved on the laundry !

Lizzylou · 13/05/2010 20:09

Well done back atcha, Jet!
You are doing marvellously.

Just had my asparagus, balsamic, goats cheese combo, delicious

FiveGoMadInDorset · 13/05/2010 20:14

Evening all

Lizzy yay for the gym and gin

DEM hope everything gets sorted soon.

Yank yay for the flowers

Everyone else just yay.

Anyway, I am back in the groove just about foodwise and tonight we are having skate wings with chorizo and paprika, new potatoes and paprika.

bellavita · 13/05/2010 20:14

Well done Jet and Lizzy

I have done rowing, (on machine) shred, and about 1 hrs cycling. And drank a small lake of water.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 13/05/2010 20:16

Leaps on Five yayy!! How are you?

Goober · 13/05/2010 20:18

You buggers keep moving around.

wastingaway · 13/05/2010 20:18

Hey everyone!

I didn't go to the doctors cos I felt loads better. I feel pretty crap now though, sod's law!

Excellent exercising guys, and Yay! For Goober's flight!

Yank yay! for flowers from BoF! I'll have to see about offering the Fenugreek elsewhere. Never mind!
Drinking fennel tea while expressing is supposed to help too.

Shiney, you soppy poppy!

So what's Saf like? What's Bitter like?

DidEinsteinsMum · 13/05/2010 20:19

well done you!!!!!

know that problem re computer. no worries.

I had a soak in the bath. ds is being uber good and seems calmer. its amazing how a little bit of reassurance goes a long way.

cold can be fun.

Need. Go. Eat.

Lizzylou · 13/05/2010 20:21

Fanny your food always sound so bloody delicous!

Reality, you are one step closer, have purchased

TotalChaos · 13/05/2010 20:22

dem - glad things are improving with school

jet - well done on your running.

yank - sorry your ear still isn't fully mended, lovely about the flowers from BOF. my work (NHS) warns me every blinking 10 minutes about quota for personal use (and won't connect to MN ), snot fair.

fluff - apparently the PG hormones can have a good effect on some mental health conditions. Not my experience though, I was awful, awful in PG. and the SSRI ADs can have manicness as a side effect. maybe start a mood diary?

YanknCock · 13/05/2010 20:23

jet, I still can't hear out of my ear. Will make the wedding reception we're going to on Saturday interesting--I predict a lot of smiling and nodding.

Lizzy, I tried to introduce asparagus to DS last night and he just waved it around like Morrissy with a flower. Your dinner sounds yummy!

Fanny, your dinner also sounds yummy

We had spag bowl and I'm still hungry. And I ate some ham and cream cheese rolled up together before dinner because I couldn't wait .

wasting, have you used the fenugreek before? Will I really start to smell like maple syrup?

Lizzylou · 13/05/2010 20:25

Oh Wasting, hope you perk up soon.
I love fennel tea and it is great for banning water retention as well.

Watching the most annoying couple ever on Location Location Location...
She needs a slap.

Yank, that was lovely to get flowers from BOF, what a lovely thing to do

DidEinsteinsMum · 13/05/2010 20:26

Total: listening is progress sometimes. action is bloody miracle. chasing your recommendation up with GP monday. I think your advice is going to be spot on. Teacher reckons she has not come across that level sensory issue as standard aspie trait. SO will have to see. Thanks for that advice. it has really helped.

OP posts:
Lizzylou · 13/05/2010 20:26

Total, FB me your address and I can send you that DVD.

Yank, DS2 loves asparagus, he eats handful at time, DS1 hates it. Hadn't thought of it, but it must be very good for BLW. How is DS? Is h fully recovered now?

wastingaway · 13/05/2010 20:37

Yank I can't remember if I smelled particularly of fenugreek, as I just smelled a lot for quite a while after DS was born anyway.

Fennel is supposed to be an appetite suppressant too isn't it? May brew up a cup later.

I really enjoyed being pregnant. I did cry at everything, but not in an angry way. And the hairs that were threatening my face disappeared. And there were other positive hormonal effects.

Fleecy · 13/05/2010 20:46

Evening all. Am hungry. Not even 1000 calories today - might need to have a biscuit. For health reasons, you understand

Sorry to hear some of you are or ill.
