OP posts:
NormaSknockers · 16/05/2010 19:54

Oh yes Total, very much so, we even went trainspotting on our Honeymoon, it wasn't intentionally but hey! He gets a montly rail magazine that DS loves looking through too, he's not even 2 yet & already a keen Trainspotter

Fanny you ok?

TotalChaos · 16/05/2010 19:55

DidEinsteinsMum · 16/05/2010 19:55

I am going to break trills 1st rule, but if need to use it...if you know what i mean. Talk if need to, we'll listen.

MyCatIsABastard · 16/05/2010 20:00

Hello everyone. I hope you are all well.

Fanny, I hope all is OK.

My diet has gone tits up the last 3 days and I really don't know why.

I am going to stick to 16pts a day for the next 5 days to get myself back on it. I shall boringly be posting my food intake on here. Please kick my arse and get me back on track ladies. I desperately don;t want to undo the work my previous dieting did.

WIll go off and do a quick catch up now.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 16/05/2010 20:03

Off to watch 24.

Fanny, I don't know the story, none of my business, have no advice but sending you squeeezes

Actually, I don't even know if you accept squeezes, but at least know the spirit in which they have been sent.

hellsbelles · 16/05/2010 20:04

fanny - hope you are o.k..

Just dropping in quickly. Yank I'm so sorry this is still going on with little yank. When they first start nursery it does feel like they are always ill (in fact they are!). It usually does calm down. It's just the exposure to so many new germs so quickly (and those bloody places turn their heat up so high it's a breeding ground for germs).

Mitts and Lizzy sorry about the little pox ridden ones!

Norma - WELL DONE

Bella - that sounds like a totally successful day.

and hello everyone else

Right - I'm one lucky lady. Facial was amazing and nails are now nice and sparkly. House of course was like a bombsite when I got back...but I'm too blissed out (and grateful) to stress. I'm also just deferring the building panic that my nanny/childminder still isn't better and no idea when she will be. I'm trying not to get too worried but I've already missed lots of work last week and I'm suspecting this week will be a washout too. Urghh.

Waves at loved up shiney and runs off to watch 24.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 16/05/2010 20:06

Ok, that shouldn't have been a link, just hope everything is ok.

NormaSknockers · 16/05/2010 20:08

hells what a lovely treat, good on you, shame about the house/nanny though. On the Nanny front is there anyone who could pitch in & help just for a short while?

MyCat in all honesty I wouldn't drop to 16 points a day as you'll feel hungry & want to binge, why not just get straight back onto your normal daily points as of now & get some walking in during the next 5 days?

jetcat · 16/05/2010 20:09

well done Norma 50 mins - impressive Mine will be more likely around 2 hours, as having to take mini and her pushchair, although it is her favourite walk along the sea front, so not sure how much sitting she will do

Yank - it must be a really worrying time for you, bloomin kids eh?

Fanny

hi shiney

Bella - glad you had a lovely day

Tears and tantrums from junior again re school - she is only there part time, but has enough worries for three full timers All sorted now though, and is watching ICarly before bed

Thanks jet, I sprinted the last quarter mile & nearly threw up after crossing the line! When's yours? Bet Mini will love it Sorry to hear about junior being upset re school.

Hiya ID

Shiney where'd you go?

FiveGoMadInDorset · 16/05/2010 20:17

I am fine thank you for asking, just tired, pissed and angey. BIL phoned to say things had been sorted his end but expressed no desire to repay us.

Just angry but noe unexpected.

jetcat · 16/05/2010 20:21

Fanny - he doesnt deserve you

Norma - mine is the week before our meet - i think i will still be recovering

NormaSknockers · 16/05/2010 20:22

Oh Fanny, what an utter....naughty word I can't bring myself to type.

I'm so sorry Squidge?

MyCatIsABastard · 16/05/2010 20:32

Alice, beibng on your own with DD is hard work. You are no doubt doiung veryt very well.

Lizzy that was lovely of you for Bella.

Mitts your poor DD. New clothes always cheer me up

Yank, happy anniversary. I alwasy find ibuprofen works better on DD than paracetomol. And a doctor told me that it does actually reduce temperatures quicker

Norma hope the race for life went well

Bitter, my DS fell over 3 times yesterday, once down the stairs . Poor lad has 2 great big bumps on his head!

Shiney, weekend away sounds nice. Pritt stick???

Norma, your right. I'm allowed 22 points but might do 20pts for 3 or 4 days just to kick start me. I just feel a bit fat lately and I don't like it. Maybe its to do with starting work again.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 16/05/2010 20:33

Oh Fanny, what a rat's testicle of a man. Bloody hope he gets a big dose of Karma dumped on him, and you get yours with creme freche and caramelised cherries and toasted almonds on top.

NormaSknockers · 16/05/2010 20:33

Wish I was coming to the meet Good on you, fingers crossed for lovely weather, want to wear my fluffy head boppers

NormaSknockers · 16/05/2010 20:37

That sounds like a good plan MyCat, I'm on the same daily points as you, why don't you plan your points out for the next few days so say allow yourself 4 for lunch, 6 for lunch then 10 for your evening meal & evening snack? Or something like that anyway?

Lizzylou · 16/05/2010 20:37

Evening all

So pleased you and your family had a lovely time, Bella, you made such an effort am sure it was lovely (the photos of your cake were fab, I was dead impressed).

Hey Shiney, did you have a good weekend? I don't think I want to know about the Pritt Stick

Fanny, am so so sorry. Hope you can get it sorted somehow, your kindness should be rpaid (and your money!).

Hells, am , I need some pampering

Norma, well done you! Bet you feel fab.

Mitts, hope your DD is OK, DS2 has gone to bed covered in calamine with some piriton syrup stuff in him so am hoping he sleeps OK.

Everyone else, have a good night, a off to watch a film with DH (would rather sleep to be honest) we've got Lovefilm through our TV and he is picking something now, must go and sick my oar in, or else it will be a Zombie/shoot em up thing

jetcat · 16/05/2010 20:37

was everyone dressed up then Norma? Not sure i could manage with head boppers

Lizzylou · 16/05/2010 20:40

Yank, Happy Anniversary and am so sorry that DS is poorly again, hope you all fee better.

Mycat, hey you

Right, have to go be bossy!
