Morninf all.

2 full English's, 1 soda farl with sauseages, a kipper, a bacon sandwich and a sausage sandwich done.

And I have a job interview.

TotalChaos · 15/05/2010 09:38

saf- 500 cal breakfast is fine out of 1677 cals. I would tend more to 350 cal break fast and 100 cal snack for the morning instead but if you're not a grazer. idea is to spread food throughout day so say lunch and dinner would be say 400 cals and 500 cals, with another 150 on snacks.

WTF xx from shiney - Jujus what have you done to her!!

DEM - I hope you can still smell the rink (that is a sentence I never thought I'd type!)...sounded like you were in a good place last night.

And as for you lot and your ear wax - ewwwwww.

Vinny - 4 lbs is brilliant. well done.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 15/05/2010 09:48

Ooooo! Mwah! mwah! Shiney aka JuJus..... Stop ticking me tonsils woman

Wow to cake Bella....

Heyy Norma ..

''Unique and eccentric'' Alice ?

Is it Bicarb of soda or baking powder in the bath to sooth chicken pox....? poor mite has them all in her hair.

sounds like a good start to me SaF. stopping it from increasing any more is a good start. Water is always good. You need to get hot 'n' sweaty... does DS cycle yet..could he cycle around the park and you run. Have seen quite a few people doing that.

Lol at weighing boobaloobas A stone Vinny My chaps are stealth boobs. Very aerodynamic

Right...

FiveGoMadInDorset · 15/05/2010 09:49

VT - missed the 4lbs, that is fantastic.

Kerry, good luck for the chess thingie.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 15/05/2010 09:49

Banana and nuts Kerry.. unless you are allergic and then that is a recipe to finish you off! Or flap jack at a push.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 15/05/2010 09:50

How is your DD mitts?

Alicetheinvisible · 15/05/2010 09:51

Well done Fanny! (when exactly do you have time to do another job?)

SAF - some people find it helps to plan out a day's meals, rather than just log as you go. Maybe that would help?

Kerry - what are the food options? You need to eat something if you are shattered, just not, say a mars bar and and a bag of sweets

jetcat · 15/05/2010 09:52

Bicarb mitts, or a sock full of oats chucked in the bath with her - hope she feels better soon

Well done vinny - 4lbs is fab

morning all, i am just waiting for ex to get here and pick girls up, then doing quick shop, then essay writing. So, if you see me on here - ask me if i am finished - and if not, kick me off again

Lizzy - boots are posted, i apologise for the style of wrapping

Yes Mitts also i think it is bicarb you use. It is alkaline so guess that is right. Not sure about baking powder. My mum always swears by Lanacane talc for itchy skin (she has very bad eczema) and used it for our cp.

yay for Vinny

SAF, you are supposed to have breakfast like a king etc, aren't you? Keeps your blood sugar stable.

Shiney is kissing/snogging us? OMG

Jet, cheers me lovely, hope you like the clothes, I have a feeling they are going to be massive on you after seeing your photo, you look tiny!

Have had a huge tantrum at work. Got in to find that they hadn't arranged the viewing lady to come in, just me and young lad who does house valuing (booked up all day) in and it was the last straw. Rang the viewing lady who was in bed and didn't really want to come in (couldn't blame her). I have kicked off and very nearly walked out. Then I had a coffee, apologised to young lad for behaving like a toddler and sorted it out. Every other Saturday I clear up the mess they leave and I am not putting up with it any longer.

On the plus side, have a girls night in at single friend's new house with wine and singstar later so all is not too bleak.

Lizzylou · 15/05/2010 10:05

Mitts, I second the oats in a pop sock/cut off pair of tights in the bath, cleared up DS2's skin. Gives a lot of relief. Poor thing.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 15/05/2010 10:11

DD is not best, the spots are spreading still and her asthma is bad. She keeps having headaches and just curling up on the sofa, which is just not like her, but thanks for the advice.

DS is desperate not to miss out and keeps trying to convince me his puberty spots are chicken pox!

Doesn't sound like you Lizzy, but you need to define your boundaries, sometimes people take advantage just because they can, without meaning to.

I need proper breakfast.

Mitts, it has been building up for months to be honest, they don't pay me what they should all the time and every other Saturday I end up having to sort stuff out and get people ranting at me.

Ah well.
