Hmm, I'll leave it alone for now, I think.

Plus all the people I work with are fixated with it, I don't want to keep getting random friend request from betty on checkout 16!

DreamsInBinary · 14/05/2010 21:50

I have continuous low-level guilt about friend requests. Currently have about 16 just sitting there. Looking at me.

Can't delete them (who knows why) but won't accept them.

TC, I'm not sure how long to give it before deciding these drops don't work. Sick of not hearing, it's been nearly a week!

DIB, cheers, I'm not sure how we should mark the day really. I can't say anything about it on FB as there are a lot of people on there that would twig that I was still with XH when DH2 and I got together . In my defense, the 'straw that broke the camel's back' moment with XH had happened 2 weeks prior but I hadn't quite figured out when/what to do about it. Shagging someone else seemed like a good way to put the final nail in the coffin of the marriage.

DH gets loads of requests and they are all from work people!

If i don't want to be your friend in RL I don't want to be your friend on FB!

It's like this

I used to love having my ears syringed - you have supersonic hearing afterwards!

Where is the Shiney one? Is she at her BOYFRIEND'S?

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 14/05/2010 21:58

Oh, Yank!

There is now a piccie of my lovely Wei on my profile!

(sod the kids, they're not half as pretty!)

YanknCock · 14/05/2010 22:01

Bitter, cute kids, cute DH, and ultra cute doggie!

SAF, so what do they do, I've never had my ears syringed?

Yank, it's fab. They squirt a load of warm water down there with a syringe, then you literally see all the crap come out!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 14/05/2010 22:04

Cheers, double - have you seen my lovely girl on my profile?

Oooh, weird, I quite like the sound of that (anything that will help me hear again). DH bought this safe ear scraper-outer thing in the U.S. that has a bit on it so you can't shove it in too far. Have made him clean it off and just used it to dig out a chunk of wax bigger than a pea! Ewwwwwwwwwww......

(This is quite possibly the saddest Friday night ever)

Yank - I think it says use for 5 days on the leaflet doesn't it? Can you hear any better now you've attacke with wax removing implement?

YanknCock · 14/05/2010 22:14

Oh thank god DI, I thought I'd killed the thread with my ear wax

YanknCock · 14/05/2010 22:15

Nope, still can't hear out of that ear. I know I'm only supposed to use the stuff twice a day, but considering the circumstances have put more in!

Have you tried the microwaved salt in a sock, Yank?

TotalChaos · 14/05/2010 22:22

bummer yank.

we REALLY need to change the subject from ear wax.

ummmm

shoes

is Fly some mega trendy make of shoe?

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 14/05/2010 22:22

Gentlemans relish, saf?

It's amazing how well you can hear though, it's the equivalent of getting a new, much stronger prescription for your contacts.

You just walk around thinking "How did I miss all the detail"

YanknCock · 14/05/2010 22:22

Bitter, no, I just used the hot water bottle when I had pain. Not so much pain anymore, just the blocked up feeling and not being able to hear!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 14/05/2010 22:24

Chaos, those are lush!
