TC, the drops are called Exterol, they are 'Urea hydrogen peroxide 5% w/w ear drops'. Not sure what the w/w part means. So far no joy, I still can't hear! Am supposed to do 5 drops in ear twice daily.

I really don't want to go to this wedding reception tomorrow. Would rather veg on the couch all weekend than drive to and from London and stay up late going to a wedding reception with lots of people I don't know and won't be able to hear properly! But DH hasn't seen some of these people in ages, so I am making an effort. I suggested I'd drive down with him but he could go on his own, but he doesn't fancy going by himself as he won't know tons of people either.

I suppose it's a chance for some booze and a night out. PILs will watch DS. The worst part will be the next morning when FIL will come downstairs at 8:15 on the dot and we will have to get up and be sociable no matter how shit we feel.
