mouseface, don't beat yourself up too much. I think it's a matter of retraining yourself to have non-food rewards/comfort items when you are having a shit time. When I make some headway on that myself, I will let you know!
SAF, scales are definitely a good thing, as is breakfast. I used to be a non-breakfast person, but now can't do without it. The PCOS has a lot to do with insulin resistance, so I also work on making sure I have some protein with every meal/snack, and try not to go too long without eating something so I can keep blood sugar from spiking and dropping.
DI, yay for your date! Sounds like a gem.
Alice, am having cartoon-like visions of you arguing with underpants.
hells, great news for your friend!
Mitts, I answer emails in my head but forget to type them out, then am confused when no one ever writes to me again.
Bitter, is a Wei a weimaraner? Are you breeding them? Can we have one too please?
tracey, Leo is 8.5 months and I've not gotten a period either, but with PCOS I never had regular ones anyway so god knows when it will come back. Have wanted to try threading for a while, not really sure where to have it done and how much to pay for it though, any advice? I normally get them waxed and try to keep it up with plucking.
bella, mmmmmm cake.....
GP gave me more drops. Reckons I have a viral infection that I just need to get over, and that my ear is clogged with wax and that is why I can't hear. Weird that it came on at same time as the infection though She also told me to go get my eyes checked as I said I'd had blurred vision this week. I think the place I got lasered has free aftercare for life so will phone them up next week and try to get seen. Told her about the nosebleed as well and she agreed it was probably due to pseudoephedrine.
Going to try these drops, they are stronger stuff to remove wax....ewwwww.....have never had a problem with this before and now I am gunky ear girl.
