Well i have had a bit of a shit short shock to the system today, my boss has been secondered (sp?) for a few months so a senior member of our team has taken over

He called me in for a meeting before and said 'so what are we going to do about your excessive use of the internet when you should be working?' collared

So i got a serious telling off and been told to pull my socks up

and this particular colleague has the nickname 'Joseph Stalin'

think i might have to revise the amount of time i spend on MN during work hours

Have just been to gym, ran 4km (with one minute of fast walking in middle as thought I may explode I was tha hot) and 10mins Fat Wobbler.

DH has had a brainwave, he wants to enter a Triathlon on 2nd June, as a team, he will do swim, I will do 5m run and his mate the cycle bit (21km, soooo glad I can't cycle). Have no idea if this will happen, but it may be a good way for me to aim for something and get back into my running again. Or I may just sit on my fat ass and eat cake...

clairey - I calculate that BMI 25 (top end of healthy weight) for 5ft 7 is 1591bs, which is 11 stone 5.
