Talking of quick weight loss - has anyone done either the carol vorderman juice thing or this.

I'm always wary of detox stuff as not sure there's any scientific basis for them (Trills - I bet you know - are they just gimmicks). But Carol V does look good on it . . .

Lizzy - I bet you look fab. I do find though there's a point on a diet where you've lost a lot of weight and in some way feel fatter than before - or is that just me?

Barry- if you're a single man, step away, i am hormonal and slightly excitable at the moment. Run man, run!

Shiney - I tried to do the fruit thing for a week once (it was called the apple diet or summat)
I got to 3 days then collapsed at work And lets just say it kept me very regular
