we are not actually having lunch, we are going for a stroll around the docks, we were going to go for a coffee, but i dont drink coffee and i thinking walking and talking will hide my nerves

Plus the sun is shining so its a nice day for a stroll, it could be romantic, depending on the smell from the stagnant water in the dock, oh and on him of course, if he is handsome i wont notice the smell so much

Prepare to be shocked though Ladies. I went in one size and came out comepletely a different size in everyway.

Shiney - a friend did the fruit thing but only for 3 days, she used it as a detox.

shiney - a week of fruit only sounds overly drastic and knackering - if you feel the need to try something hardercore why not low carb/Atkins, at least all the protein on that should keep you going.

vinny - good luck for your hot date round the docks.

lizzy - oh yes I remember the bra discussion now, I meant to try and time a bra fitting with the bravissimo sale - but when I went into the bravissimo in Liverpool, they had no sale stuff (sale online only I assume). As I don't want to spend thirty quid on a bra that hopefully will be too big in a few months but I would feel guilty going in there buying nowt....

Shiney a week of only fruit is very very unhealthy and horrible. Do not do it. You need fat and protein in your diet.

It was a small local lingerie shop that my friend recommended, apparently the woman who owns it trains at Bravissimo. I bougt one bra there £25, I think then got another off the internet loads cheaper. Ebay and Figleaves outlet are good to try.

Have just had a delivery from the lovely Lady who does Next/amazon etc and she said "did you know your neighbour was standing as a Councillor?" then we had a major bitchfest on the front step Seems it is not just us who have a dislike, she is well known for her rudeness and general horrid behaviour.
Feel less of a bitch (save for the doorstep slagging off session ) and somewhat vindicated.

Shiney if you are going to do the fruit diet, do it properly or you might make yourself ill
