Please can someone help me. Im in so much pain and I dont know what to do.

I have had horrible pains all day..... they feel like periiod pains. As the day has progressed they have been getting worse and worse.

Nurofen isnt touching it. Im totally exhausted by it and just want to sleep. Im sat here crying because I dont know what to do. I took painkillers nearly an hour ago anf they just arent working and I just want to sleep.

I've had 2 ectopics and was truly at the (lack of) treatment Charlotte was receiving when I read this thread yesterday. It really shouldn't be up to a bunch of internet strangers to identify a problem (although it is great that the internet serves such a useful function).

Ectopics are scarily common (1 in 80 pregnancies now) and it is still a life or death issue. Hopefully in addition to helping Charlotte this thread will help raise awareness generally.

Argh, Paypal not working, or rather not accepting my credit card. Will have to phone the bank and find out what is wrong (last time that happened someone had been using my credit card to shop in Walmart in US).

This really is mumsnet at its best, you ladies really did save a life these past few days.

Disgusting behaviour by the hospital/doctors, though i hate to say it, from own experience this kind of treatment doesn't surprise me anymore, a sad outlook.

Just at the thought of this happening again to another woman. Praying for you spooky I'm around if you need to pm when better, as i'm just in recuperation now myself and the treatment you have just sufferred was exactly the same for me.

Peppermint oil has already been suggested which is fab but also maybe some high fibre or senokat (sp) at home as the constipation can horrendous, I eventually had to fight for a prespcription of Lactulose!

I think all you women are fantastic and this just shows the spirit of mn. Even if this educates just one more person of the dangers it's potentially another life saved.
I think the idea of an awareness campaign is fantastic even a FB status post would be great.
I don't have alot but would like to contribute as well I have paypal but no idea how to do it if anyone can help? X

Yes exactly. If I was a fraudster,Walmart aka Asda and Dunkin Donuts wouldn't exactly be top of the list!
