Fanny - loving your champagne in the afternoon

wastingaway · 02/04/2010 21:29

Hi, I'm wastingaway... NOT!

I could really do with being about 8 stone lighter, but am aiming to lose 3 stone 6 pounds by October, for a wedding.
I am following the Lord Ford, he tells me I can have 2255cals a day.
I'll cut it down a bit more when I'm into the swing of things.
I like walking, but don't do enough.
When my curtains arrive I shall be Wii Fit-ing and jumping up and down to Rosemary Conley's dictats.

I have gin, it tastes very nice.

bellavita · 02/04/2010 21:31

Do you have ice and a slice too wasting?

FiveGoMadInDorset · 02/04/2010 21:33

Fanny, did you ask GMTV what they are going to film?

OP posts:
FiveGoMadInDorset · 02/04/2010 21:38

The bloating is quite common with bread.

Bella no they didn't say why but sure will find out soon. Just seemed and awful lot of rooms for an outside broadcast.

bellavita · 02/04/2010 21:38

DH is just making me a cup of tea >

OP posts:
FiveGoMadInDorset · 02/04/2010 21:40

FiveGoMadInDorset · 02/04/2010 21:41

bellavita · 02/04/2010 21:43

Bath for two with champagne sounds kinda cosy Fanny! Oooh new bed

OP posts:
wastingaway · 02/04/2010 21:45

Ice, but no slice.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 02/04/2010 21:45

It would be very cosy Bella as we are not the smallest of people

It is this one

FiveGoMadInDorset · 02/04/2010 21:46

As long as there is ice.

TotalChaos · 02/04/2010 21:48

Hello I am TotalChaos and am 1.9 stone into a 5 stone weight loss. I follow no man/woman/dog but do a 1500 calorie/counting the fat gram diet lifestyle change. I have knocked 10 points off my blood pressure which was borderline high (the nurses I work with muttered darkly that if I was one of theirs they would be sticking me on a diuretic .

I haven't found the Wii Fit all that motivating, I prefer the My Fitness Active Coach.

I have done a 1/2 hour work out for the first time and am hot/sweaty/tired (have previous done a mere wimpy 15 minutes).

bellavita · 02/04/2010 21:51

The bed looks fabulous. How on earth do they get it up the stairs? Mine curve round so not the easiest.

OP posts:
FiveGoMadInDorset · 02/04/2010 21:52

DH put it together earlier.

TotalChaos · 02/04/2010 21:58

FiveGoMadInDorset · 02/04/2010 21:58

Evening all- I need too lose some weight, but mainly need to get healthier as I am pathetic sickly creature in the manner of a swooning Victorian heroine. If they were permanently snotty and puking, that is...

BitOfFun · 02/04/2010 22:17

*to lose some weight too, I mean- gah
