Today I have had:
toast for breakfast
Salad and fruit salad for lunch
soup and bread for tea
i small cupcake dd1 made at guides for supper.
1 small glass wine.

For me, this is amazing.

Am going to warm up another cup of veggie soup and take it up to bed and drink it while I read, adn then try to get a good night's sleep - dh is doctoring tonight so I get a night with no snoring!
