we have collectively done pretty craply
tomorrow we must FOCUS and list the many many many fs and vs that we have eaten

OP posts:
CoupleofKooks · 14/04/2010 22:11

i keep thinking i am really slim now and can fit into anything
then i try something on or see a mirror or whatever

i have NO waist at all now since ds2
i never had much of one, but now i think if i lay down sideways you could put a spirit level on me
it makes dressing nicely hard

OP posts:
TigerFeet · 14/04/2010 22:13

is it a weepie, that book/film? i am studiously avoiding weepies atm, am still a mass of seething hormones post dd2's birth

that would be dd2 who is now almost 19lbs

i am turning into a shocking baby bore aren't i?

so

granola avec assorted dried fruits (2)
banana
another banana
lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, sp onion, radish, grapes (3)
OJ
NOT the sodding GRAPES from my graze box

there were no mangoes or blueberries at the market today

might have some dried apricots inabit

i love the way you can feed babies and toddlers into submission. you can see them getting milk drunk before your very eyes. i wish i could do it with my 5yo

TigerFeet · 14/04/2010 22:15

oh franny i understad the shape thing

since dd2 my stomach is shot

i have always had a big arse and enormonorks but i now have teh stomach to match

oh well at least i am now in porportion [pollyanna]

Boco · 14/04/2010 22:15

It's my waist and hips I am most offended by. The fact that my jeans leave welts and the zips won't stay up. This should spur me on surely.

Not tried striped pyjamas franny - I watched a documentary on dvd about vietnam last night and it was so upsetting I kept getting up to go to bed but then it was too gripping. Parts were so terrible though I cant' get it out of my head today.

CoupleofKooks · 14/04/2010 22:19

god don't try striped pyjamas
it was about the grimmest thing i have ever tried reading

tiger i am still grazing as i get them for 1.99 for about the rest of my life i think
i had a very bad patch with them where they just sent me crap
there is the thing now where you can ask them to send certain things the next week - this has improved things slightly
but the big chocolate buttons have gone, and all the new products which sounded very exciting, are mostly variations of raisins

OP posts:
CoupleofKooks · 14/04/2010 22:21

i am still eating
someone stop me
it was that ruddy chocolate brownie set me off again, i will never learn
blood sugar is doing something along the lines of alton towers i think

OP posts:
Boco · 14/04/2010 22:23

it's like when you ate cheese and it was all acidy.

CoupleofKooks · 14/04/2010 22:29

ugh yes

boco have you started work? how are you?

OP posts:
TigerFeet · 14/04/2010 22:30

yes i have been browsing the site and ticking stuff

i have told them i hate grapes

iswym about raisins, there's in farking everything

i may ditch it in a couple more weeks if no better

mind you the honey roasted almonds (which you will note i failed to list) were bloody lovely

Boco · 14/04/2010 22:38

I start new job on Monday. I'm v. excited but also increasingly nervous. I think I'd feel better about it all if I knew where I was going and what time and just basic things like that - it's all still a bit vague and woolly. I guess in a couple of weeks it'll all be clearer.

This holiday is last one with girls without worrying about childcare etc so we've been doing nice things together.

pointydog · 14/04/2010 22:58

CoK, you have listed nearly the whole contents of a cake shop.

I think it was during your long absence that someone told me they thought pickled veg wouldn't count. This is good news if they do. Takes me up to 6.

boco, good luck with new job. exciting, nervous time

CoupleofKooks · 15/04/2010 08:49

nooooooo pointy
did i?
i only had a chocolate brownie, i know i ate a lot of other shit, but still

boco that's very exciting and nerve racking all at once, i am sure it will be fine once you know what is happening

well not v good start here
ds1 v upset i have told him off for making a mess in the front room and ignoring his brother when i was trying to make breakfast and packed lunch
i hate this packed lunch crap
those of you who do it every day have my respect

OP posts:
Guadalupe · 15/04/2010 09:26

I hate packed lunches. Dcs have hot dinners twice a week and I pretend they don't eat pig's willy sausages or whatever it is because it is so nice not to have to pack the lunch on thurs and fri.

Not a great start.

Bit of cookie
go ahead
coffee

might have some mango

TigerFeet · 15/04/2010 12:17

DD1's school doesn't do hot meals, it's the only realy gripe I have with them so far. So it's packed lunches for me every day - hence the return of the too small school bag. It's such a luxury not to have to do them during the holidays, even though what she eats at lunchtime at home is similar to school, it does't seem like a chore when I actually make it at lunchtime alongside my own lunch.

3 portions f&v with breakfast
nowt since

but grand plans of salads and stir frys and so forth for the rest of the day

vigorous cleaning of bathroom which now gleams

walk into town later on, but not at much of a pace as dd1 likes to look at stuff.

elliemental · 15/04/2010 12:57

The dried pienapple is growing on me (in that because i had nothing else sweet to eat, i ate it anyway

I have eaten 50g of it! (20g is one of my 5 a day apparently)

1 bowl veggie tomato and pasta soup
1 low fat yog
1 apple
1 slice toast and home made marmalade (so not as much sugar and more orange) {grasps at straws]

i am going to nanny mcphee today now, yay!

Guadalupe · 15/04/2010 13:09

Ooh what time? We can virtually watch it together. We are at 5 or so so. I am looking forward to jelly strawberries.

Tiger - demand hot dinners. At least on fridays.

elliemental · 15/04/2010 13:17

oh we are going to 3.30 showing as i am going round to friend after to watch horrror film...

Guadalupe · 15/04/2010 13:17

what one?

elliemental · 15/04/2010 13:25

Hmmmmm jelly stawberries!

{wonders if current obsession with film wathcing and lardy arse are connected?)

elliemental · 15/04/2010 13:26

paranormal activity

Guadalupe · 15/04/2010 13:34

Oh god I would be a quivering wreck watching that! It's just the sort of thing I find terrifying. I can do zombie and sinister and gore but ghosty stuff does funny things to my brain. I would have to put the jelly strawberries on my eyes.

I made a cup of tea for forty five minutes during The Blair Witch.

elliemental · 15/04/2010 14:40

lololol, i saw blair witch with a bunch of people at cinema and was fine, thought it was a hoot.
2 years later, watched it by myself one night and had to ring a friend (the girl whose house I am going to) to blub down the phone in a ''just keep talking to me...'' way

CoupleofKooks · 15/04/2010 16:47

god i still blench a bit if i am outdoors at night and happen to see a leaf or something that looks a bit blair witchy
the end was just -oh god - i have no words
sometimes when ds1 sleepwalks i think i am going to go into the bathroom and find him standing quietly in the corner and then i will DROP DOWN DEAD OF FRIGHT

OP posts:
CoupleofKooks · 15/04/2010 16:48

we have come back tired and irritable from a stomp class - really cool - they were dancing with brooms and things
to find our sunflowers are poking their shoots out of the pots
that and some very dull biscuits have perked us up a bit
