Fran, I lovev that pizza from PE, it is much better than scoffing a whole one.

Glad to hear e is a bit better, Lemur, what bad timing!

WE are having butternut squash rissotto and salad for lunch.

oh you are all losing weight - well done.

banana, orange juice
3 jacob's crackers and humous
tangerine
5 fat chips and ketchup (went for trip to beach and dd2 did not like the fact I was not having a bag of chips so had to have 5 of hers )
bowl and a half of watery spinach soup (to make up for fat chips)

I will be surrounded by ice cream and butterkist at dd2's sleepover tonight but will resist.

I will be having diet coke and pickled baby beets (only 26 cals - fantastic)

We went for a nice walk this afternoon. We saw some gorgeous horses, some frog spawn and dh picked up a flint with fossils on/in? it - he got very excited about that! He is easily pleased.

I have an EBAY festish at the moment. I need to rein myself in I think. The problem is I have quite a lot of money sitting in my Paypal account after I sold some things I have laying around.

hello hello! Sunburtn and flabby here after a week on on the boat. But god knows, I have had SO much excercise. And a lot of chips
This week i shall mostly be eating purple spouting broc, of which I have an enrmous amount on the allotment.
will cathc up on thread in a wee bit. What have I missed?

this is brilliant

i have eaten:
cereal mango apple pineapple
leggera pizza with asparagus, peppers, and salad
piece of chocolate birthday cake (small)
bits of dses' pizzas and ice creams

oh ds2 was given a babyccino thing, he was DELIGHTED
he sat there saying "yitta cuppa tea! yitta cuppa TEA!" (little cup of tea) for about half an hour

i went for a long bike ride to try to see the curlews (heard but did not see)

then i had big plate of hummus, carrots, broccoli, rocket, spinach, cashews, potato salad, emmenthal, quorn
some chocolate (you can probably just insert this every day even if i don't mention it)
a hot cross bun
an apple

then grapes apple pineapple and some strawberry ice cream

f+v = 9

i am jealous
does anyone remember those short fat crinkled chips you could get from the chinese takeaway in the 1970s? or was it just our local one? they were preposterously delicious
we haven't got a really good chip shop near us atm

hello hello

time for me to join in properly

just got back from a few days away, much chips and cooked breakfasts, and have tipped scales at 15st

this is much better than i was at my heaviest but is almost a stone heavier than i was after having dd2 so time to reverse the trend

today will be rubbish but am going shopping later so will stock up on the good stuff

might even walk to the supermarket local home grown organic lentil weavery

will start in earnest tomorrow, when the last of the cake has gone

well done to all on weight loss up till now.

I ate nearly the whole jar of baby beetroot last night but still only about 50 cals. Fantastic.

Eating chips on a barge - sound slike a great holiday.

Uni reunion sounds grand - it is not. I just mean up with some uni pals every few months.

I have weighed myself so I can keep track of what I lose.

i do love the boating. But it is blimming hard work (lots of locks and bridges. And just being outside all day!) And we have no electrickery around 2 hours after the engine is turned off so we kept going to bed around 9pm, thinking it was really late, as we were so tired!
But having been outside virtually all week, I am feeling very hemmed in at work today.

spicy vegetables (dried out leftover curry from Friday, cauliflower, chick peas, baby corn) and I ate 5 oven chips left on the tray

dinner is thinly-sliced roast beef with potato and sweet potato bubble and squeak (made with curly kale) and purple sprouty broc and onion gravy.
Nom.

I made a zillion pncakes for Ds2 and his friends and did not have ANY. Not even with choc sauce and marshmallow in.Halo

Hot water with lemon.

1 weetabix with milk, raisins, apple (minus 2 slices) orange (minus 1 slice) pear, bite of banana. (4)

3 cups of black coffee with sweetener (I know, I know neuro-toxins...)

2 crispbreads, 2 oatcakes, butterbean dip, veg sticks (cuc, celery, pepper, carrot) gerkins, olives. (4)

3 dried apricots (1)

Far too much pasta bake, 1/3 banana, small bite of chocolate cornflake cake. (2)

I will only drink water now before bed. But only cause I ate all the chocolate last night

And I am going to go and do some yoga. And if I don't you can sack me as sticker monitor. (Am I still sticker lady on this new thread? [pleading])

I have stayed the same this week as last weeks weigh in day (despite losing 2lb the following day due to tummy upset!)
