I really need to do something soon. I am Jack, as of this morning I weigh 16st12.
I need to weigh 14 by the summer so DH and I can go away as otherwise I will destroy his bike
Moving around from home to and then IL's every few days is not helping me right now as MIL is very ill so am comfort eating or not eating at all and then scoffing MIL's secret stash of hobnobs!
I am going to use food focus and hopefully start running a bit again if it stops farking snowing

I so agree about the gorgeousness of this thread. I was thinking so last night whilst stalking looking at some pictures of HellsBelles on FB (her DH's - they appeared on my news feed so I had to keeping clicking next...he might want to reconsider his security settings?) and she is utterly beautiful!

I'm Hells. With the support of this brilliant thread have lost about 10 lbs (on South Beach) - am now stuck but will, one day, do some exercise to lose another 8 lbs or so and hit my target weight.

Stuck at home again today - treat to be with my DD but fecking nightmare to be missing work as I have so much to do and need to get back in.

DH has taken boys to PILs, supposedly just for the day, they have now asked if they can have them overnight, great, but means I won't see them now until tomorrow evening (they'll be asleep), wished I'd have known, I'd have given them more cuddles and kisses.
Funny, when they are here they drive me insane, when they are not here I miss them terribly.

Just been to a charity shop, where mini has bought a tambourine with her 50p pocket money. She amused everybody on the way home with her accompanied version of baa baa black sheep

Am i now evil to have plonked her and said tambourine upstairs in front of junior's (who is not in) tele to watch (and sing to) peppa pig??

• note - i am not confused as per emoticon, its just thats what i look like while watching peppa for the hundredth time!

Trapped at home with a sick dd so will miss my walk today.
Am supposed to do basic pilates for back trouble so I guess thats a form of exercise??Cant face food yet due to volume of vomit from poor dd.

Hope everyone is well. DD and me are off to see Princess and the Frog in a bit,have made a ginger cake this morning as well, then shopping for birthday presenst for all the partys she is going to.

So far I have had cards, bucks fizz, bagels with cream cheese (low fat) and smoked salmon for breakfast and am just delicately sipping (as is wont of my great age) champagne. I have been 40 for 10hrs and so far it is good. Do you think this is the start of champagnne breakfast everyday or am I delusional in my old age .
