Some of it is healthy eating chat. WW, LL, food focus, south beach. Whatever ever the route, whatever the goal its all here.

Most of the time its just moral support and general chat... So dive in, post as much as you are able and have some fun...

Get behind me Shine, I think you'll find I was first in queue. You have quite enough bedroom action if I remember correctly, didn't you even rope your neighbours into a cream session?!

My dp is 6'4 and an ex rugby player / rower but I'm not speaking to him due to the 'love bite' incident, so if your BIL doesn't mind a 34 yr old with 2 kids then send him over. Use my thin profile picture as 'bait', God he'd get a shock when if he meets me in the flesh!

MitsubishiWarrioress · 17/02/2010 16:13

Yeah....our shiney will do anything for a few pound of spuds!!

FiveGoMadInDorset · 17/02/2010 16:13

Oh forgot to say that my mother insulted me yesterday. Sje is buying new trousers for her holiday, can't decide whether seh is a 24 or 22, said to me that if the 24 were to big for her she would give them to me. I don't like her taste in clothes and she looked slightly shocked when I tolde her that my current purchases are a 20.

MitsubishiWarrioress · 17/02/2010 16:19

Trills...you remind me of Kristen Scott Thomas..... beautiful and alluring in an intelligent slightly mysterious sort of way...

I thought I should share that with you......

ShowOfHands · 17/02/2010 16:21

defluff, there appears to be a picture of a couple of semi-naked women on your profile pics.

DH is also an ex-rugby player, also was a competitive swimmer and karate-er. Currently, he is a triathlete and American Football player. I eat doughnuts and clap at appropriate moments. Gawd only knows what happened the day we ended up together. He must have misheard 'I find the idea of watching sport tedious enough, doing them is Special Hell' and thought I said 'I'm looking for a lifetime of dirty shorts and standing on sidelines on Sunday mornings'. Still, he's good in bed.

I think BIL might not be the best choice. He's a bit of a free spirit. He travels the world, earning money as he goes. Comes back sometimes to work before heading off again. He's currently back from 18 months in South America and is off to Canada next. He's an ex-rugby player, outgoing, funny, bright, capable and ridiculously good looking though.

Shall I offer BIL2 as well? He's single, professional ballet dancer so uber fit, complete opposite of BIL1. He is shy, sensitive, quiet and better with a small group of people. Wants nothing more than to find a woman and settle down. Has had his heart spectacularly broken recently by a beautiful yet evil dancer. He needs fixing.

What about SIL? She's single. Plays rugby for England. Tall and ridiculously beautiful.

I married into the family to dilute the good genes with my plain face and unnoticeable body. Still, good at puzzles.

PamelaTroglodytes · 17/02/2010 16:21

Hello to all - may I join you?

I've been waiting for a new thread but seem to keep missing them

I have over four stone to lose and have finally had that something 'click' in my brain in the last week or two so am ready to get back on the straight and narrow.

That said I have just eaten a LOT of pancakes so I may well need a kick up the arse from time to time.

Happy birthday MyCat, all the good people were born today

TrillianAstra · 17/02/2010 16:22

Thans Mitts, I will endeavour not to ruin that illusion

I don't have babies but the lovebite thing does sound like the osrt of thing a baby might do DeFluff.

ShowOfHands · 17/02/2010 16:25

Ooh happy birthday MyCat! And Pamela, you too I'm guessing!

Is Kristen Scott whatsit the one out of 4 Weddings? What a coincidence. I look like Simon Callow.

VinegarTits · 17/02/2010 16:28

However, i am very good with single brothers soh, nudge nudge wink wink

MitsubishiWarrioress · 17/02/2010 16:29

Kristen S Thomas

Defluffmyfanjo · 17/02/2010 16:31

Trills - it was really unfortunate timing, he'd gone out on the thurs night to allegedly play football. He comes back and was wearing a high necked rugby shirt, its got a sort of mandarin collar. I even said to him 'you look like a priest'.

Fast forward to register office the next afternoon where I glimpse the offending bite. Much shouting. Not helped by no sleep for 6 weeks / pnd / the fact that he STILL HASN'T FINISHED THE KITCHEN AND ITS BEEN 9 F$$$%%%%ING MONTHS. Ahem. Pretty sure he's telling the truth but am not ready to speak to him again yet so definitely no action.

SOH - Not fussy, I'll take any of your inlaws off your hands The 2 naked ladies are because we were going to the Rubber Ball in London, I'm the dark haired one

ShowOfHands · 17/02/2010 16:36

VT, I'll send the BILs over immediately. Chicken soup's so passé, naked, nubile men says it's 2010. Get well soon.

Rubber Ball, eh? Sounds exciting. Where's the lovebite supposedly from? Sorry, I missed the last thread largely due to the lurgy. Ignore if you don't want to answer. PND/sleep deprivation is a fecking awful combination. Are you getting help with both?

Kristen is beautiful. Info added to spreadsheet. Trillian is a stunner.

Defluffmyfanjo · 17/02/2010 16:46

SoH - DP said the 'love bite' was from our 6 week old daughter - that he'd been winding her the night before and he'd felt her suckling on his neck so had moved her but hadnt realised that she'd marked him. There's no reson to believe he's been unfaithful at all it was just a massive shock to see a bite on his neck with no warning (he hadn't told me what she'd done)!

I believe him I think its just a part of me thinks that everyone thinks I'm thick for believing him, if you see what I mean. I feel like Cheryl Cole but less thin / beautiful / rich.

Rubber ball was strange a man did something to my friend and me that was v gross...

PND - I'm on tablets hence me being totally erratic, I'm not normally like this honest just got to get the dose right. Sleep deprivation - yep dp is doing the nights till I've forgiven him

ShowOfHands · 17/02/2010 17:03

DD gave DH a lovebite when she was around 8 weeks. We had a family wedding to go to and people were torn between congratulating us on still being up for it with an 8wk old and horrified that we were behaving in such a teenage way. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it happen. Presumably, I'm repeating others but it is probable that he's telling the truth. Is he a reasonably intelligent man? Averagely intelligent even? I don't think a married man who's up to something is in the habit of letting the OW leave lovemarks on his neck. Cheryl Cole's an emerald wearing, royal, muff diving, leisure centre attendee. Or something.

DH just phoned to tell me he's going to be slightly late. Bear in mind he's in an office with a lot of other policemen. This was our conversation:

A woman on MN wants to sleep with you. Possibly twice.
Why?
I told her you were well endowed. And rich.
Half true.
Is that a maybe?
Is she likely to bang on about curtain rails?
[seriously dh, two years, put the fecking thing up]
Probably not
Okay then. Not tonight though I've got a good book on the go

Defluffmyfanjo · 17/02/2010 17:11

God I knew I'd lost my mojo but to get thrown over for a bloody book...

jaquelinehyde · 17/02/2010 17:17

what have i done!! Just been to the co-op, and a box of 6 mini chocolate cakes magically appeared in my basket at the checkout They were only 25p, so i bought them

Each one is 10g of fat - and given that i generally have 15g per meal, one teeny tiny little cake is just about 1 meal! That is of course if i can resit the urge to scoff the lot To top it all, mini doesnt even like them!

One week to weigh in, I have been reasonably good with food, very good with exercise, and cant afford to stuff it up now Someone send me some willpower.... please??

(sorry for ignoring everyone elses recent posts - all i can think of is bloomin chocolate cake!)

jetcat · 17/02/2010 18:03

DidEinsteinsMum · 17/02/2010 18:10
